Brown sugar, salt, paprika, spices (including black pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, rosemary and bay leaves), ground mustard seed, sunflower oil, molasses powder (molasses and IP maltodextrin) and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.

Directions

To use Sweet Preacher BBQ Rub, sprinkle it generously on your choice of meat before smoking or grilling. It can also be used as a garnish for potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw, baked beans, and casseroles. For a unique twist, try sprinkling it on corn-on-the-cob.
