Happy Halloween, my fiends! (Halloween Play List Included)

Just a quick post to give a happy All Hallow’s Eve to all my favorite fiends out there. Today, instead of a poem, I thought I’d post a link here to some of my favorite scary music videos . We’ve got everything from good ol’ favorites to some lesser knowns that I happen to like. Also added in my favorite reading of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.

Also, share um if you’ve got um’- let me know if you’ve got a favorite poem that you’ve written or that you’ve seen dealing with Halloween down in the comments.

Victis Honor: Facing the Storm

Victis Honor

Thought I’d give this picture a post this afternoon. It contains the poem from earlier today, just on a very applicable picture. The photo was taken about five years ago in Oahu, Hawaii and I couldn’t think of a better image for this poem than one of facing the ocean as a storm rolls in.

However, because I’m fickle, I couldn’t figure out which centering of the text I liked best, so here’s another version.

My Desktop Image

So, I thought I’d share my little inspirational desktop image. Thanks to hisks for the image, which I decided to lay one of my favorite quotes over. So, for other writers, I hope you enjoy this as well, and feel free to post your own favorite writing quotes. I’m always on the look out for some inspiration.

In other news, I’m looking to add another poem later today, so stay tuned to my little blog for something new. This one should be a return to my little snarky nature rather than being so serious because, as you know, if there is one thing in life I detest being it is serious 🙂
