What is StackOne?

StackOne connects AI agents to business applications, then optimizes and secures the actions they take. Its Gateway product gives a company's own staff and internal agents governed access to the tools the company already runs. Its OEM product lets software teams embed the same connections in their own product.

Both use the same library of 550+ pre-built connectors and 34,000+ actions, with managed auth, MCP access and Defender, StackOne's open-source prompt-injection scanner. Customers named in its case studies include Drata, Introist and Popp. Gateway Starter is free for one seat, Team starts at $600/month for 10 seats and Enterprise is priced on request. OEM Core is free and OEM Enterprise is priced on request.

What it is: two pricing tracks, one Connect/Secure/Optimize layer

StackOne sells two separate products on the same underlying infrastructure. Gateway routes your own employees' AI agents (Claude Code, ChatGPT, internal tools) into your company's SaaS stack with centralized, governed access. OEM is for product teams who want to embed the same connectivity inside their own app so their customers can connect accounts. Both run through the same three pillars: Connect (managed OAuth, token refresh, credential storage across 551 live connectors), Secure (permission policies, PII redaction, SSO, and Defender — StackOne's open-source prompt-injection scanner), and Optimize (tool discovery and an execution engine designed to keep token usage flat as the number of available tools grows). Connector catalog: 551 live, 1,254 listed

StackOne's headline is '550+ connectors and 34,000+ actions,' and the connectors directory confirms 551 are currently marked 'Live.' The same directory lists 1,254 apps in total, however — meaning roughly 700 of the logos shown are marked 'Planned' rather than built. A logo appearing in the catalog is not evidence the connector is usable today; the page shows a status badge ('Live' vs 'Planned') per app, worth checking for the specific system you need before committing. Pricing: credits per seat, not a flat per-seat fee

Gateway Starter is free for one seat (extra seats $10/month, up to 10): 1,000 credits per seat per month (a tool or API call costs at least 1 credit; browser-use, premium Defender, and data sync cost more), all 551 live connectors, and Defender's open-source scanner — but no custom-connector builder and 1-day log retention. Team is $600/month (or $6,000/year) with 10 seats included and $15/month per extra seat, adding 5,000 credits per seat, three custom-connector slots, agent-to-agent (A2A) support, SAML SSO, and Defender Premium. Enterprise is Contact Us, adding unlimited custom connectors, BYOK encryption, SIEM export, and an on-premise/VPC deployment add-on. A parallel OEM track (Core free, Enterprise Contact Us) covers embedding rather than internal use. Extra credits beyond the monthly allowance cost $60 per 20,000 on Starter and $20 per 20,000 on Team. Source: stackone.com/pricing, fetched 14 October 2026.

Security and compliance

StackOne states it is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA compliant, with the full SOC 2 report and a signed BAA for PHI available on the Enterprise plan. Defender, its prompt-injection scanner, is open source under Apache-2.0 (126 GitHub stars, actively maintained as of October 2026); StackOne's own claim that it detects injection attempts in under 4ms at 88.7% accuracy is the vendor's benchmark, not independently verified. Its dedicated trust center (trust.stackone.com) returns a 403 to automated fetches, so these claims are sourced from the company and pricing pages rather than the portal itself. Company, funding, and who vouches for it

StackOne Technologies Limited is incorporated in England and Wales (company no. 14684360), founded in 2023 by Romain Sestier and Guillaume Lebedel. It raised a $3.6M seed in March 2024 led by Episode 1 (independently reported by PYMNTS) and a $20M Series A in May 2025 led by GV (Google Ventures), with Sequoia, GitHub's co-founder, Workday Ventures, and Microsoft also listed as investors. Case studies and on-site testimonials name Drata, Localyze, Screenloop, Phrasee, Introist, Popp, and Reachdesk as customers, each with a named executive quoted. One inconsistency worth flagging: StackOne's own company timeline claims '100m API Calls' by Q3 2023, while its current stats block states '10+ Million API Calls' — the two don't reconcile, and we could not determine which, if either, reflects current volume.
