## What eptr2 does, in the publisher's words

eptr2 (EPIAS Transparency 2.0) is a Python client for the EPIAS Transparency Platform v2.0 API, covering 232 services of the Turkish electricity and natural gas markets, prices (PTF/SMF), consumption, generation, production plans, market operations and imbalance costs.

It is an unofficial package by Robokami / Tideseed, Apache License 2.0.

From the project README, punctuation lightly normalized. Full text: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Tideseed/eptr2/HEAD/README.md

## Skills

- eptr2-api-discovery: Find eptr2 electricity and natural-gas endpoints, aliases, parameters, and Python helpers without credentials. Use when choosing an API call or exploring available EPIAS data.
- eptr2-consumption-data: Retrieve Turkish electricity consumption, settlement UEÇM, and demand forecasts with eptr2. Use to compare demand forecasts with real-time or settled consumption and explain fallback data.
- eptr2-convenience-wrappers: Use and discover typed get_* functions in eptr2.calls when writing Python against EPIAS data. Use for wrapper names and signatures; aliases and composite helpers have different interfaces.
- eptr2-generation-tracking: Retrieve Turkish power generation, KGÜP plans, and UEVM settlement data with eptr2. Use for fuel mix, plant output, or plan-versus-actual analysis while resolving distinct plant and UEVCB IDs.
- eptr2-imbalance-costs: Calculate Turkish electricity imbalance and KÜPST deviation costs with eptr2 using contract dates, system direction, and plant source. Use for historical cost analysis or explicit scenarios, not order execution.
- eptr2-market-operations: Query EPIAS day-ahead, intraday, bilateral, and balancing-market data with eptr2. Use for published volumes, trades, and instructions; this data client does not submit market orders.
- eptr2-price-analysis: Retrieve and compare Turkish electricity MCP/PTF, SMP/SMF, intraday WAP, and reported imbalance prices with eptr2. Use for price trends and spreads; use cost utilities for deviation-cost calculations.

Descriptions come from the frontmatter of each SKILL.md, punctuation lightly normalized.

## MCP servers

- eptr2: transport: stdio; command: eptr2-mcp-server

Read from the plugin's own mcp.json. Environment variable names only, never values.
