Analytics and marketing cookies are set only if you accept them; no category is pre-selected. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. When you withdraw consent, we delete the cookies of that category.

We categorize cookies based on their function and necessity:

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Website to function: remembering your cookie choice, keeping you logged in, protecting forms and the site from abuse, and preventing fraud during payments. They cannot be switched off in our banner.

• agentic_consent (Agentic Tech) — stores your cookie choices; 1 year;
• wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_* (WordPress) — keep you logged in to your account; end of session, or 14 days if you tick "Remember me";
• wordpress_test_cookie (WordPress) — checks that your browser accepts cookies when you log in; session;
• __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid (Stripe) — fraud prevention on our checkout, API-credit and donation pages; 1 year and 30 minutes. Marketplace agent purchases complete on Stripe's own hosted checkout page, which is covered by Stripe's cookie policy;
• __cf_bm, cf_clearance and Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare) — bot detection and security, including the check on the developer registration form; 30 minutes / as set by Cloudflare.

Functional Cookies

These remember choices and actions so the Website works better for you. The two Agentic Tech cookies below are set only if you accept analytics cookies:

• wp-settings-*, wp-settings-time-* (WordPress) — remember interface preferences for logged-in users; 1 year;
• agentic_plugin_downloaded (Agentic Tech) — remembers that you downloaded the Plugin, so the marketplace can show relevant options; 1 year;
• agentic_ux_session (Agentic Tech) — groups feedback you submit through our on-site feedback form; 1 day.

Affiliate Referral Cookies

These are set only if you accept the "Marketing" category. If you arrive through an affiliate's referral link and accept it, we set agentic_aff_ref (a signed referral identifier) and agentic_aff_vis (a visit identifier), both for 90 days, so the affiliate can be credited if you buy. They contain no personal details and are not used for advertising.

Performance and Analytics Cookies

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Website (for example pages visited and time spent). Google Analytics uses pseudonymous identifiers, not your name or email. Before you consent, Google's consent mode is set to "denied" and the Google Analytics script is not loaded.

• _ga, _ga_* (Google) — distinguish visitors and sessions; up to 2 years.

Targeting or Advertising Cookies

We do not currently use advertising or targeting cookies. Today the banner's "Marketing" category covers only the affiliate referral cookies described above. If we introduce such technologies, we will update this Policy.

Some cookies above are set by third parties whose services we use: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (security) and Google (analytics, only with your consent). Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies:

• Credit affiliates for referrals;

The Agent Builder Plugin itself, once installed on your own WordPress site, may set its own cookies on that site; those are controlled by the site owner, not by this Policy.
