Your new APT device includes a one-year warranty. VADER and POCO devices also receive a complimentary one-time preventative maintenance service.
Near the end of your warranty, we recommend scheduling a visit with our engineers at our Scottsdale, AZ depot for a full system inspection, filter replacement, calibration, and software updates.

Environmental Condition’s & Power Quality:
Properly maintaining the environment and ensuring stable power quality are essential for the smooth operation of your APT device. If you live in an excessive temperature climate, make sure not to transport your device and leave in extreme heat or cold long. When setting up, we recommend a dedicated power source and recommend to use a surg protector for extra protection for your device.

Simple Self-Installation:
Certain devices may need basic assembly of components upon unpacking. APT offers comprehensive instructions to assist you through these procedures, ensuring your device is prepared for treatments.
No Package – Package:
“Pay as You Go” If you prefer not to subscribe to a monthly plan, that’s completely ok. We will work with you to troubleshoot your device remotely. If this does not resolve the problem, you may either bring the device to us or pay to have it shipped to our Main Scottsdale, AZ depot. Our technicians will evaluate the device and provide an estimate covering repair time, parts, and labor. Upon your approval and payment, the work will be performed, and you can then arrange for device pickup. For larger equipment, Tri-Pulse or Cool Breeze a Photon Mechanic can be scheduled to perform on-site repairs, with applicable travel fees and time added to the estimate. Throughout the entire process, our team remains available to provide updates and answer any questions, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from beginning to end.
Standard “Up-Time”
Annual Package: $180 a month
“Peace of Mind ”. Customer pays to ship or delivers the defective device to APT’s Service Depot in Scottsdale, Arizona. APT engineers will diagnose, repair and provide functional testing to the unit. Any software upgrades that have been implemented since the last device check, will be completed. For the return, APT will schedule the return, unless customer prefers a local pick up. For larger devices, a Photon Mechanic can be scheduled to perform repairs on-site. With this package parts & labor are covered.
Premium “Up-Time”
Annual Package: $225 a month
“Back up Beam” Loaner Program. This exclusive service plan is designed to ensure your operations continue with as little interruption as possible. If troubleshooting fails to resolve an issue with a component or machine, you can request a loaner to be sent. At the same time, you send in your original device or component to us, where our Photon Mechanics will conduct diagnostics, perform necessary repairs, and prepare the item for return shipment. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be provided to facilitate the loaner return process after you receive your equipment back. Our goal is to keep you up and running seamlessly.
Ultra “Up-Time”
Annual Package: $350 a month
“Parts Today, Clients Tomorrow” Exchange Program. This Ultra service package is designed to maximize “Up-Time” and offer fast, convenient parts or machine replacement to keep you managing your clients. When a replacement is needed, APT ships the part or device and provides an RMA for the return part or device, allowing quick restoration of service. This shortens the steps and you keep the replacement in lieu of a loaner. APT offers comprehensive instructions to assist you with any components assembly required.
*Exclusions to warranty but may be quoted: Coverage does not extend to misuse, normal wear and tear, or consumable items. This includes, but is not limited to, cosmetic damage, damage resulting from misuse, accidents, incorrect self-installation, or improper packaging during transport to the depot. Software modifications by third parties, repairs or alterations performed by personnel not authorized by APT, use of non-APT parts or accessories, or any modifications made without APT’s written consent are also excluded. APT reserves the exclusive right to decide whether any damage qualifies for coverage and may amend these terms at its sole discretion at any time.
