The airline has introduced Boeing 777 operations from Heathrow, bringing greater passenger capacity – and more meals for our team to prepare. The launch follows the renewal of our partnership with Kenya Airways. Our new dnata Cargo Centre at Zurich Airport continues to take shape, with construction now 95% complete. With key operational equipment now being installed, work is moving into its next phase. Once operational in early 2027, the facility will increase our annual cargo handling capacity by 50%, helping us support the future growth of trade, connectivity and air cargo in Switzerland. Practice makes prepared, and now our catering team in Ireland can rehearse aircraft uplift procedures before doing them live. A new simulator recreates the aircraft interface, allowing drivers and operators to practise positioning the truck, raising the platform, opening the aircraft door and responding to emergencies in a safe environment. In just one week, around 300,000 mangoes moved through dnata Singapore. Fresh produce is some of the most time-sensitive cargo in aviation. Keeping it moving means keeping it cool, with every shipment passing through our dedicated Coolchain facility before continuing its journey. Our team is proud to support Airlink’s new twice-weekly Johannesburg–Zanzibar service, helping deliver a smooth airport experience across check-in, ramp, cleaning, cargo and marhaba services. It’s an exciting new chapter at ZNZ, and a great reflection of the trust Airlink has placed in dnata Zanzibar. And there’s more to look forward to: in October, Airlink will launch the first-ever nonstop connection between Cape Town and Zanzibar, with dnata proud to support the milestone route. #wearednata

Hola, Air Europa. dnata is now handling Air Europa in Switzerland, welcoming a new airline customer to our Airport Operations portfolio. Our teams in Zurich and Geneva are supporting the Spanish carrier’s twice-daily flights to Madrid with ramp and passenger services – helping keep operations moving safely, smoothly and on time. A season to remember. 🏆 The ABA League trophy made a special stop at dnata this week. Dubai Basketball's title-winning season was one for the history books, with the club becoming the first UAE team to win a major international basketball title. As the Founding Partner of Dubai's first professional basketball franchise, we're incredibly proud to have been part of the story and excited to continue supporting the club as it goes from strength to strength. 30 teams across 19 countries took part in this year’s dnata Feeds the World campaign. Together, we donated and distributed over 18 tonnes of food, prepared more than 700 meals and food packs, and supported 1,500 families through fundraising, food drives, and volunteering.
