So much to do at the pumpkin patch:
Bubbles to catch 
Popcorn Hands to make (and eat)
Masks to decorate and wear
Finding just the right pumpkins to take home
walking near the windy corn fields
having tons of fun on the kids’ rides
checking out the enormous hay bales
settling for a tree branch when they couldn’t ride the pony ($5 seemed a bit pricey)
and…inspecting the fall leaves before heading home.
We were lucky enough to have Grandma and Papa Chapman stay with us! They came to have some dental work done, and I was able to get my teeth cleaned too.
After we spent most of the day at Matt’s office, we went to see Jessica and the girls until the guys were off work. It was such a beautiful day, the playground was calling to us.

That night we had a yummy dinner at Red Robin. And Lily had her first experience with a popsicle. She was all smiles the rest of the night!
The next day they were nice enough to help us plant flowers and other greenery around our house. It looks a million times better!
Sophie and Tessa loved watering in all the flowers. Sophie loved the fact that she couldn’t OVER-water the flowers. She just kept refilling her watering can.
Tessa thought watering them the traditional way was way too slow. She found a much faster way. Thanks for all your help guys!
Nina was the sub for the Halo game when Dan had to go outside for a minute. Of course I had to document it!
The next day was BUSY! In the morning we went to the Denver Botanic Gardens. As usual, they were beautiful.
These flowers looked like they came straight out of a Dr. Seuss book. They were super tall.
And I had to put in my favorite picture of Daddy and his girl. She LOVES being thrown in the air. Daddy knows how to do it just right to get the best giggles!
In the afternoon, we went to the Denver Aquarium. Dan, Jessica, the girls, and Jake and Kim came too.
Sunday, we ate a yummy dinner of lasagna at Dan and Jessica’s. We played an awesome game of hand and foot. It was awesome because the GIRLS won! But if you ask any of the guys, they’ll claim it never happened. :)
We got some much-needed pictures with Grandma and Papa before they drove back to Utah. Thanks for making the trip to see us! We loved having you here!

Lily and I went with Jessica and the girls to the Piggie Park. It’s called this because of the pig toys you can ride on, which I didn’t get a picture of.
This was Lily’s first experience with swings. She LOVED them, smiling and squealing the whole time. 
I am so excited for Lily to get old enough to really enjoy the park. Such a fun place to be!
my pictures are on lock-down until Matt gets a new cable for the network drive. Now I’m starting to go a little crazy. You’re going to have to wait a little longer until I get up-to-date with our latest adventures :)
