Common Login Problems:

• Have you ever been affiliated with UVic before (Student, Staff, Faculty, Alumni, Retiree)?
  • If so, you will need to login using your Netlink ID and password. Click the blue Netlink ID button on the Sign in page.
• Forgot your password?
  • Contact CARSA Membership Services at (250) 472-4000 and we can reset it for you. This will only work for community members. If you have a Netlink ID and have forgotten your credentials click here.
• I can login, but the program I want to register my child is "Wavier Restricted" or I do not see my dependant.
  • Make sure that you have added in your dependants to your profile. Click your username in the top right corner, select profile, and scroll to the bottom to add Family Members.
  • Ensure all family members have their correct birthdates added. If they are incorrect, contact CARSA Membership Services for assistance.
