This years attempt at getting the girls pictures in their dresses was all but a huge joke! Tater of course loves the camera and will pose all day- Fallon on the other hand, sees the camera and starts crying and runs the other direction! These two girls could not be any more opposite than they are. We love them none the less! Josie Rae and her family came to church out here this week so we got to see her cute dress too!
The next few days will be filled with family, friends, food, and thoughts of the Sacrifice our Savior made for us. We hope you all have the Merriest of Christmas's and enjoy the holidays!

Hillbilly Ice Skating

This morning when I went out to feed we had ICE! I ran in and told Tater to get out of bed and get her boots on because we were going Ice Skating!!! Not exactly what she expected, but she loved it! She was out there all morning slipping around! We are such hicks, but we have fun!!!

Snow

While we were in Utah for the holiday we bought some tree permits and went on the hunt for Christmas Trees. We went up Parowan Canyon and had no luck finding the right trees but we did find snow! And lots of it! Anybody who knows me well knows I do NOT care for the snow one little bit! (something about 300 head of Holsteins and way to much snow in a clicky little town in Southern Utah)! Well I think my daughters have inherited that same love for snow! We are just happy being desert rats forever!!!

Ryan sat Fallon on this stump and she did not move one inch. She was not happy to have this white stuff touching her precious shoes and was not about to let us set her down in it! She wanted back in the truck NOW!

Thanksgiving

We spent Thanksgiving in Milford this year with Grandma Verlene and all the Yardley's.The kids had a great time playing outside with all their cousins and we finally had to break out our coats! Poor Fallon didn't even have one that fit so we had to make a quick run to the store to find our red-head something to keep her warm!

Last Gymkhana

This weekend was Taters last gymkhana of the year! Hurray!!! She did all the events by herself and got lots of pretty pink ribbons! We are so proud of her for improving so much this year!She started out being led through all the patterns, and now she does them all alone and even trots some of them! WJRA here we come! Thanks to all her grandparents for supporting her through out the year! We are sure lucky to have her for our daughter!!!

I'm Starving

It is 8:45 pm and I am on the computer blog stalking my friends, Fallon is a sleep and Tater is watching the end of Mariposa before going to bed.Tater comes to me to ask if she can have a salad because she is starving. I told her no, and that the kitchen is closed until morning.She leaves the room. I hear what seems to be knife in the kitchen, so I peak around the corner. She has got all the necessary items for her salad, cut up a half a head of lettuce and is now working on the carrots.Next is the bacon bits and ranch. Oh my!!! What am I going to do with this little girl?

The weather has been so wonderful here that Tater has been riding Buckles everyday! Delaney came over the other day to play and the girls went for a ride!Lot's of fun!!!

Since the hunt is over we are back to being jackpot junkies! The boys roped on Saturday and had a little good luck and a little bad!Ryan and Brad won the #12, Ryan and Justin were 2nd high call- Ry roped a leg on his horse. Russell was 4th high call, but got bumped by a few hundredths of a second! Guess they can try again next weekend!

Tricks*Treats*Tutus

Tonight we went to the stake center for Trunk or Treat, and we had a little ducky come with us!The girls had so much fun this year collecting candy from all the trunks!Fallon and Josie are at the age now where they really are starting to understand all about candy! It was lots of fun to watch them hold out there buckets and then go to the next car! Tater did the cake walk, had no luck but lots of fun!We had a long fun night, and both girls were snoozing by 8:30!
