A Gift For You

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today I am sharing a fun 5 x 7 Christmas card I created recently. This card uses more dies I received for participating in the Spellbinders Oh What Fun Virtual Event recently. This two dies can make a fun gift card holder, but as I don't have any need for those at this present time, I decided to use them to make a card.

This card uses Spellbinders Santa's Gift Bag & North Pole Besties die sets. I think these dies are exclusive until sometime in 2027.

For the background I used the Diamond Blocks Embossing folder.

For the inside of the card I used two of the sentiment stamps from Hero Arts Holiday Magic stamp set.

 

Most Wonderful Time of the Year

Today I am sharing another Christmas card I created during the Spellbinders Oh What Fun Virtual Event that I participated in at the end of August. This card was by Channin Pellitier and is a wiper card which are always lots of fun to create.

 

For this card I used Hero Arts Bug Fun Die set along with their In The City stamp and die set and Holiday Magic stamp set.

I love the big Santa balloon that hides behind the buildings until you pull the sides out.

I added a panel on the back and added a few more buildings and a car. I also added another sentiment.

Here Comes Santa

Today I am sharing a 5 x 7 Christmas card I created using Hero Arts Beep Beep die set. I used the tree in the accessory set to add trees to the outside scenery.

The road is from an older Lawn Fawn die set I have in my stash.

I added more trees & snow to the bottom of my card. I also added a sentiment.

 

Reaching New Heights

A couple of weeks ago, I took part in Spellbinders Oh What Fun! Virtual event. Each participant was sent a fun kit which included stamps, dies, rub ons,  cardstock etc. For our first class we had Yana Smackula teach a fun interactive card using the New Heights Ladder die set and Top It Off Deer Stamp/Die set.

When you pull the tab at the top of the card, the cute deer climbs the ladder to add another bow to the tree.

I kept the inside very simple for this one just adding the sentiment which is also from the Top It Off Deer Stamp/Die set.

 

Chip Chip Hooray

A few weeks ago, I was looking for inspiration on chip packets when I came across two packet type products  that looked like monsters. Neither had chips inside, I think it was marshmallows & chewing gum or such. But as I had already been playing with my monster dies from Spellbinders August 26 All Clubs Crate an idea game to being.

I created a 5 x 7 card and pull out the stamps & dies from Hero Arts All That Collection. The chip packet was created using the Snack Attack die set as well as the teeth and eyes from Stitching Die of the Month from Spellbinders All Crates Club for August 2026

I die cut a bunch of chips, some of which I added to the centre of the chip packet which I enclosed into the packets using acetate which I had white embossed the word "chips" from the Chip Chip Hooray Stamp set. I then added the teeth ( did have to cut off two teeth from the sides) but otherwise they fit wonderfully. I added the eyes to the top of the chip packet.

I used Waffle Flower Crafts A7 Piercing Sunburst Texture Plate for the background panel, adding shading to the edges.

I stamped and die cut two sentiments using the Chip Chip Hooray Stamp set and then positioned everything onto my card.

For the inside of my card, I added one more sentiment and added three of the left over chips.

I also had a small strip of the background paper from the front, so I added it along the bottom.

Up, Up and A-Ghoul

Today I am sharing another Halloween themed Money Card, that I created recently to give to one of my grandchildren for Halloween in October. 

This is another of the projects I created using products from Spellbinders August 2026 All Clubs Crate which had a Halloween theme to the products.

If nothing else I know the grandkids will love this, as there is money rolled up in the clear piece at the bottom of the card!

For this money card, I used the Press & Foil Set  ... Boo! Humbug along with a die from one of the kits from March 2024 which is the open book. The skull is from the Large Die of the Month ... Boo Mobile.

I also used a sentiment from the Clear Stamp/Die of the Month ... Trick or Snark.

To create the Money Card itself, I used another older MFT Stamps die set called Money Card.

I decorated the back of my money card using s few more die cut images and a couple of sentiment. 

The money can be retrieved from the card by pulling the part of the note which is peeking out of the slit on the back of the card.

Spooky Face Spinning Card

Today I am sharing a fun Halloween themed Mini Slimline card I created using products from Spellbinders August 2026 All Clubs Crate. The dies used to create this card are one of the bonus dies you receive if you all the All Clubs Crate.

I used the 3D Embossing Folder of the Month ... Spooky Web, to add texture to the back of the card. This embossing folder includes two designs, so I used the stripes for this one.

 

I used spinners to add the eyes to the card which means the eyes can spin around and around, which is such a fun effect. You can see how the eyes spin, but watching the video above.

For the inside of the card, I added a few more eyes, this time using green cardstock. I added a couple of the sentiments and images from the Clear Stamp/Die of the Month ... Trick or Snark.

Halloween Spinning Ghost Card

Today I am sharing another fun 5 x 7 Halloween card I created using products from Spellbinders August 2026 All Clubs Crate. 

For this card I used the Stencil of the Month ... Peek A Boo. I layered it onto a 5 x 7 background using the Embossing Folder of the Month, Happy Jacks. 

I added the ghost which is from the Press & Foil of the month ... Boo! Humbug using a spinner. The ghost spins around and around, which is lots of fun. You can see the card in action by viewing the video above.

For the inside of my card, I added another panel of the embossed card to the bottom edge of the card. I also used the stencil again to add two pumpkins using just 3 of the stencils. 

Finally I added a sentiment from the Clear Stamp/Die of the month ... Trick or Snark.

Trick or Treat

Hi Crafty Friends,

As I have two grandchildren, I need two treat holders to give to them for Halloween. This is the second one I made using the Stitching Die of the Month from Spellbinders All Crates Club for August 2026. If you missed seeing the other one I made scroll down a few days and you will find it.

Although this is a stitching die set, I opted not to do the stitching, but I still used the insert dies that create the holes as I thought that added to the "aged" look a mummy would have. This die set is called Frank-N-Stitch.

I also used the 3D Embossing Folder ... Spooky Web for the black back panel. This embossing folder has two different designs on the one folder and I used the stripes for this project.

To create the treat bag itself, I again pulled out the Divinity Designs Card Caddy & Gift Bag die set, omitting the handle included in the set.

 

Boo Mobile

Today I am back with a 5 x 7 Halloween card I created using some of the products from Spellbinders All Clubs Crate for August 2026. 

Most of the dies used on this card are from the Large Die of the Month ... Boo Mobile. What fun!

I added a road to the bottom of the card, using a die from Lawn Fawn that I have had in my stash for years.

For the inside of the card, I repeated the road at the bottom of the card. I added a sentiment from the Clear Stamp/Die of the Month ... Trick or Snark. I also added a few bats around the sentiment.

This Christmas Keep Calm ...

Today I am sharing a Christmas card I created recently. I didn't get around to making many Christmas cards for August, but I did make over 20 in July so I guess that is a good start. I will work on making more in September.

For this card I pulled out my supplies from Hero Arts Vintage Vinyl Collection again. This time using the smaller record from the Record Collection die set and also a couple of the stamp sets which are all linked below in the supply list.

This card is inspired by one Nicole Sphor made recently on a YouTube live she did, I did make a couple of changes to mine, but it is very similar to hers.

I used Altenew's Festive Greenery die set to added a little touch of Christmas to the card.

For the inside of the card, I decided to use the cut of pieces of the records from the front of the card ... why waste them. I also added a strip of embossed cardstock to the bottom edge.

Finally I added a sentiment from one of the stamp sets.
