Subscribing to the ULTRA List

To subscribe to the ULTRA list, send a one line message to
listserv@listserv.dartmouth.edu with the line in the body:
SUBSCRIBE ULTRA YourFirstname YourLastname (ex: SUBSCRIBE ULTRA JOHN DOE )
- The Ultra charter is to "talk about ultra-related stuff, but that isn't limited just to training/racing and other technical issues".
- After your subscription request is received you will be sent an acknowledgment with instructions on posting, etiquette, un-subscribing etc.
Some Other Commands Once You are a Subscriber
- Send all commands to - listserv@listserv.dartmouth.edu
- Send all posts to - ultra@listserv.dartmouth.edu
- Receive another copy of the Ultra Welcome message - GET ULTRA WELCOME
- Receive another copy of the Ultra FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) - GET ULTRA FAQ
- Unsubscribing - UNSUBSCRIBE ULTRA or SIGNOFF ULTRA
- Temporarily stop receiving posts - SET ULTRA NOMAIL
- Resume receiving posts - SET ULTRA MAIL
- View the Ultra Mini FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
