Once in a lifetime experince. We had a blast. We were afraid before we left that 32 days on a cruise ship might get alittle long.....wrong! We were so spoiled. We started in San Francisco and then sailed to the Hawaiian islands, Christmas island, Fiji, Cook islands, Samoa, 3 islands in Tahiti, several stops on both islands of New Zealand and then over to Australia. We stayed 5 extra days there before we came home. We parasailed, white water rafted, snorkeled with sharks and mana rays......well we lived a dream and created a wonderful memory. Our memories were also filled with some wonderful spiritual experiences as well. If I can get caught up soon I will post more pictures on my Face book account of our trip

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!
Today August 25, 2008 was McKinley's first day of school. She looked absolutely adorable and was very excited. It was so weird going to school with her and her mother Brooklyn and seeing all the kids I had taken pictures with when my children went to school now taking pictures of their children. McKinley had the same bus driver her mother had. (Greg Fly) and Ann Hardy was still teaching. McKinleys teacher is Mrs. Cameron (Russ Cameron's wife)

It's official.....we have a new daughter-in-law!
We just got back from Utah last night where we attended the wedding of our son Cody to his new bride Kali. It was such a wonderful day.
Usually the tears of pride begin when you see the beautiful bride coming towards you in that beautiful gown but this time they started when the groom appeared with the unforgettable look of love and anticipation on his face. He looked so happy and so ready for this new stage in his life that I, as a mother, shed some tears. Yes, tears of happiness accompanied with a heart full of love for a young man standing there so worthy of being happy.
Those tears were still there as that beautiful young lady approached in her grace and gown to complete this picture. A new daughter in-law; no better yet.....a new daughter! We are so excited for their new journey and hope we can ride along with them.
