Anniversary
April 17, 2013 marked our 14 year anniversary. Five years before that on our anniversary we were dealt the horrible news about Jody's cancer. We were told he had 5 years to live. Well, it's been 5 years and he's still alive and kicking. I did breathe a sigh of relief now that date has come and gone.
I feel like every moment we get now is icing on the cake.
