We had a fun October! Avery came up and did a cooking class with me. We learned how to make eclairs and cream puffs.
Grant finished the Book of Mormon last year, so his Sunday School teacher's took him to dinner at Tucanos! They ate until they were sick.
Impromptu date night with friends from our ward (we ran into them at the temple).
General Conference weekend! It was lovely.
Grant had his first choir concert. He did great.
We took Grant's yearly pictures. The leaves were just about done for the year, but they still turned out great.
Dustin and I flew to Arizona for my friend Jacque's daughter's wedding. Jacque was my roommate for four years of college. We got married a couple of months apart and had our first couple of kids a few months apart. We came to help set up and support and it was a lovely weekend.
Maren's mission presidents are from Arizona and own a grocery store chain down there, so we stopped in to support their business and sent this to Maren on her mission.
Jacque sent me these pictures from college. I didn't remember that we did a photo shoot in our wedding dresses. So fun!
Grant went to Music and the Spoken Word with friends.
We've been working on our preschool! We painted over the preschool colors and tour out the wall separating the family room from the preschool. Dustin repaired the wall and we fixed the carpet and now we just need to paint the patched up part and be done!
Random Pepper.
Dustin had a 48th birthday! We celebrated with my parents and then met Dustin's mom and went to a show for Celtic Thunder (Lana got free tickets for all of us). It was fun!
For Fall Break, Lana also got us free tickets to the Tracy Aviary.
Monica and Liam flew into town that afternoon and we took them up to Logan to see Laney. We spent time with them and also with Dustin's dad. We hiked, ate yummy food, went to the USU Homecoming game and toured around the little stores and factories in Cache Valley. It was a fun Fall Break!
We tried to celebrate Halloween as much as we could!
I cleaned up our garden and found lots of hiding vegetables!
We went to the Orchestra at Temple Square concert and got free tickets to the Tabernacle Choir Christmas concert for December.
Another overstuffed bag of Strawberry yogies!
We made ornaments to send to Ryan. And, I sent his Christmas package off this month! It had to leave very early in order to get to him in time for Christmas (at least I hope it does!).
We had a Halloween cousin's party at Jen's house.
And real Halloween (Grant is a zombie).
A lady that we got connected to went to Ryan's mission and took him some treats for us. She took this picture from the mission home and sent it to me. So nice of her!
And here are our missionaries! They are doing great!
