Bohon Reunion and Boise Trip

We had a Bohon Family Reunion in August.  We started by camping...and you will notice there are few pictures because camping with four little kids means Derek and I were too busy to take any.  But we had so much fun!  We had a treasure hunt, a scavenger hunt, rides with Brad on the razor (I made the mistake of telling Brad to scare me...wow!), hikes, face painting, water painting, a talent show and more.  Then we came home and set up the slide for more fun.

I love this mom of mine!  She is such a beautiful person inside and out and I love spending time with her.  I am grateful for all of the things she has taught me by example.
I thought this was a fun picture of Charlie.
 Antje
 Max
 Jane
My cute parents.  I am also grateful for my dad who is one of the most self-less people I know.  He has always sacrificed so much for all of us and I love him!

Ivan and Charlie meet.  I thought I had a picture of Ruby and Zinnia too but I can't seem to find it.  It was so great to be with all of these awesome people.  And hopefully we will keep this tradition going!
We made a quick trip to Boise in September to be at Derek's old mission companions wedding.  I think this is one of the only pictures of our whole family and I loved how it turned out (especially for being unplanned, thanks for taking it Craig!)

Craig, Dustin, Derek--some handsome returned missionaries!

A Post Devoted to the Cute Little Man...Charlie

 We love this boy!
The many many faces of Charles Liam.

Dad and Charlie with their matching bow ties.  So handsome!
This boy loves the bath tub.  When I start the water he hears it and comes crawling as fast as he can to the bath tub.  He has tried to climb in on his own!

This poor boy got dressed up by his sisters...he looks so sullen and serious.

The Zoo and the First Day of School

We went to the zoo with some of our favorite people, the Potts and the Fullers.
The zoo is serious business Jane.

We are always very excited about the free map.
 Happy Ruby.

I love Jane's smile, the fact that Emma looks like she is asleep, and Antje with the umbrella.
A rare picture of the mom...just wanted to document that I am around.

First day of second grade.  When did Emma get so big?  She has Miss Billings again this year which we are excited about.

Kaybrie and Emma.
Jane started preschool this year.  The first week she went to Hawthorne and then we switched her to Fox Hollow.  So we had two first day of school photo sessions.  Jane was a little nervous about school, but mostly excited.  And after going, she was just excited!
This is such a typical Ruby picture...so excited about everything.

All pumped up to ride the bus.
I think everyday when Jane leaves the house at 7:08 in the morning Derek and I say to each other "she is sooo cute!"  She is just our little miniature girl, and it is fun to watch her be so independent as she walks and climbs onto the bus.
