She Laughs

Here's why I never get anything done. I spend all day doing this:





Have you ever heard a cuter sound? Ever? Puppies and bunnies and baby monkeys are all hiding their heads in shame because they know that their cuteness pales in comparison to Leah's. She. Is. A. Doll. An absolute dream of a baby. She sleeps when I would like her to sleep. She eats when it's convenient for me. She smiles and coos. She sits quietly. She doesn't need to be entertained. She's calm and sweet. Totally perfect.

PS-Here's a fun Leah factoid: Did you know that it's kind of hard to get her to laugh? Oh, you can't tell from that video, obviously, but it's true. She startles easily. She's just... tender, so the wild and slightly scary things that usually make babies laugh just scare her. Very small things can interrupt her laughter. I don't know why nibbling on her chin sends her into hysterics, but it does. *Big ole happy sigh.* Sooooooooooooooooooooo cute.
