Radio superstar

Ava Grace got to meet and hang out with 2 radio personalities, Jon Madani and Rod Babers, who are part of the Longhorn Sports station.  We had a fun live broadcast from the store and Ava Grace even got mentioned on air :)

Go, Cats!

Thanks to cousin Emma for loaning us this precious University of Arizona cheerleader outfit :)  We have been cheering on the Wildcats on this winning streak and will continue to do so.  Go, Cats!!!

Ponies!

While out on a quick shopping excursion, we made the mistake of getting close enough to the carousel that Ava Grace noticed the lights, music and action.

Someone was quickly mesmerized...

So we, of course, had to let her ride

 She was ready!

And here we are in motion...

And whoa, that was a crazy ride!

Real food

After several attempts, we are now enjoying real food (thank you, Katie, for your encouragement!).  Although it is a huge mess and takes a while to finish, Ava Grace is now a great consumer of foods that aren't pureed.  Success!

In vino veritas

While it will be a looooong time before she learns how to drink the vino, she is already being cultured in the art of vino.  She's a pro at helping daddy open bottles.  We're so proud... :)

Vroom vroom

Last weekend, we went to the Houston Auto Show.  Ava Grace loved all of the lights, noise and crowd.  We let her explore a few cars:
