sugar, free radicals and your health
There's a story on Reuters Newswire that really impacts me. As anyone who knows me realizes, I live for sugar. Soda, candy, cookies, kid's cereal---any source will do. Well, according to the story, taking vitamins and eating foods rich in antioxidants is BAD for you. Go figure. There is a justification for this unexpected finding.
