Soledad O'Brien's Fake Navy Seal

Soledad O'Brien's Fake Navy Seal
CNN's Soledad O'Brien appears to have been one of the many who not only accepted, but promoted Brian Leonard Creekmur's fake credentials as a Navy SEAL, according to an investigation by WTKR News Channel 3, the local CBS affiliate in the Hampton Roads metro area in Virginia.
He should now be required to undertake the training for the position he claims he holds. Run him til he drops from exhaustion, tie a rope around his ankles and drag him the rest of the way.

Or better yet, re-activate the person he impersonated, making him legally obligated to return to duty, and then send his ass to Yemen on a mission. Alone.

Hey, he's a Navy SEAL. He can handle it.

Some Folks Aint Happy, No Sir, Not Happy At All

When will Obama crack in public?
Mychal Massie
April 19, 2011

At a time when many Americans can barely afford Burger King and a movie, Obama boasts of spending a billion dollars on his re-election campaign. Questioned at a recent appearance about the spiraling fuel costs, Obama said, "Get used to it" – and with an insouciant grin and chortle, he told another person at the event, who complained about the effect high fuel prices were having on his family, to "get a more fuel-efficient car."

The Obamas behave as if they were sharecroppers living in a trailer and hit the Powerball, but instead of getting new tires for their trailer and a new pickup truck, they moved to Washington . And instead of making possum pie, with goats and chickens in the front yard, they're spending and living large at taxpayer expense – opulent vacations, gala balls, resplendent dinners and exclusive command performances at the White House, grand date nights, golf, basketball, more golf, exclusive resorts and still more golf.

Expensive, ill-fitting and ill-chosen wigs and fashions hardly befit the first lady of the United States . The Obamas have behaved in every way but presidential – which is why it's so offensive when we hear Obama say, in order "to restore fiscal responsibility, we all need to share in the sacrifice – but we don't have to sacrifice the America we believe in."

The American people have been sacrificing; it is he and his family who are behaving as if they've never had two nickels to rub together – and now, having hit the mother lode, they're going to spend away their feelings of inadequacy at the taxpayers' expense.

Obama continues to exhibit behavior that, at best, can be described as mobocratic and, at worst, reveals a deeply damaged individual. In a February 2010 column, I asked, "Is Obama unraveling?" I wrote that it was beginning to appear the growing mistrust of him and contempt for his policies was beginning to have a destabilizing effect on him.

At that time, I wrote that not having things go one's way can be a bitter pill, but reasonable people don't behave as he was behaving. He had insulted Republicans at their luncheon, where he had been an invited guest. I had speculated that was, in part, what had led him to falsely accuse Supreme Court justices before Congress, the nation and the world, during the 2010 State of the Union address.

It appeared, at that time, as if he were "fraying around the emotional edges." That behavior has not abated – it has become more pronounced.. While addressing the nation, after being forced to explain the validity of his unilateral aggression with Libya , America witnessed a petulant individual scowling and scolding the public for daring to insist he explain his actions.

But during an afternoon speech to address the budget/debt, he took his scornful, unstable despotic behavior to depths that should give the nation cause for concern. Displaying a dark psychopathy more representative of an episode of "The Tudors" television series, he invited Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., to sit in the front row during his speech and then proceeded to berate both Ryan and Ryan's budget-cutting plan. Even liberal Democrats were put off by the act. MSNBC's Joe Scarborough questioned the sanity of Obama's actions.

Today, criticism is coming from all sides. A senior Democrat lawmaker said, "I have been very disappointed in [Obama], to the point where I'm embarrassed that I endorsed him. It's so bad that some of us are thinking, is there some way we can replace him? How do you get rid of this guy?" ("Democrats' Disgust with Obama," The Daily Beast, April 15, 2011)

Steve McCann wrote: Obama's speech "was chock full of lies, deceit and crass fear-mongering. It must be said that [he] is the most dishonest, deceitful and mendacious person in a position of power I have ever witnessed" ("The Mendacity of Barack Obama," AmericanThinker.com, April 15, 2011).

McCann continued: "[His] performance was the culmination of four years of outright lies and narcissism that have been largely ignored by the media, including some in the conservative press and political class who are loath to call [him] what he is in the bluntest of terms: a liar and a fraud. That he relies on his skin color to intimidate, either outright or by insinuation [against] those who oppose his radical agenda only add to his audacity. It is apparent that he has gotten away with his character flaws his entire life, aided and abetted by sycophants around him. …"

With these being among the kinder rebukes being directed at Obama, and with people becoming less intimidated by his willingness to use race as a bludgeon, with falling poll numbers in every meaningful category and an increasingly aggressive tea-party opposition – how much longer before he cracks completely?

The coming months of political life are not going to be pleasant for Obama. Possessed by a self-perceived palatine mindset, that in his mind places him above criticism, how long before he cracks in public? Can America risk a man with a documented track record of lying and misrepresenting truth as a basic way of life, who is becoming increasingly more contumelious?

Back To Our Regularly Scheduled Programming

Mainly what we like to do around here is provide whomever drops by enough information sources to go and "discover the networks" on their own. I never expect you to take anything I provide at face value. While my only agenda is the presevation of the Constitutional principles this Nation was founded upon, the extreme left's agenda is the destruction of those principles. You need to know who the players are.

(Continued from yesterday)
Citizen Soros: Suppressing Conservative Ideas
(Part 2 in a Series)
by Matthew Vadum

Recap: Radical philanthropist George Soros gave $1 million to Media Matters for America, a well-funded slander shop that roots out “conservative misinformation.” It’s all part of his campaign to suppress conservative ideas that stand in the way of pushing America even farther to the left.

The left has been hyperventilating about Beck ever since he moved from CNN to Fox News in early 2009 and quickly became the Obama administration’s most vociferous high-profile critic. In particular, liberals could not abide Beck righteously fulminating against the shadowy Tides Foundation, a pass-through entity that allows wealthy individuals to give to radical causes anonymously.

Eric Boehlert, a so-called senior fellow at Media Matters, seized an opportunity when a deranged would-be shooter named Byron Williams jumped into the headlines last year. After a shootout with the California Highway Patrol, Williams said he had been on his way to shoot up the San Francisco offices of Tides in hopes of sparking a revolution. Williams was never actually much of a threat to Tides. When police pulled him over on a Sunday when the Tides offices were closed, the inept insurrectionist was drunk

Media Matters argued that Beck had blood on his hands because Williams claimed Beck’s program was one of his favorite TV shows. Boehlert blogged that Beck “has routinely smeared the low-profile entity [i.e. Tides] for being staffed by ‘thugs’ and ‘bullies’ and involved in ‘the nasty of the nastiest,’ like indoctrinating schoolchildren and creating a ‘mass organization to seize power.’” Williams “wasn’t able to open fire inside the offices of the Tides Foundation, an organization ‘nobody knew’ about until Glenn Beck started targeting it.”

Aside from the rhetorical flourishes, Beck had provided a more or less accurate picture of the Tides Foundation, its sister groups, and many of its grant recipients.

As Trevor Loudon wrote in the October 2010 Foundation Watch, “The Tides Foundation and Tides Center are the radical left’s best kept secret. Together they provide tens of millions of dollars annually to some of the most extreme, destructive charities in America. Their money has gone to an assortment of questionable groups including ACORN, Media Matters for America, and the Center for Constitutional Rights.” (The Center was profiled in the September 2006 Organization Trends.)

According to David Horowitz’s online encyclopedia of the left, DiscoverTheNetworks.org, the Tides family of foundations has also funded the violent anarchist group known as the Ruckus Society, United for Peace and Justice (a group headed by pro-Castro activist Leslie Cagan), the Council for American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), three of whose executives have been indicted for terrorism-related activities, and the National Lawyers Guild.

Insightful Musings From A Pantheon of Critical Thinking

Roseanne Barr: Cheney ‘Never Worked Honest Day in His Life,’ ‘Traitor’ Palin’s Followers Are ‘Dumbest People on Earth’

As she debated conservative rocker Ted Nugent on a special edition of CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360 on Wednesday during the 9:00 p.m. hour, liberal comedian Roseanne Barr tagged Sarah Palin a "loon" and a "traitor to this country" and, although she apologized later, called Palin’s followers the "dumbest people on Earth," and described them as being "on the government dole."

Barr: "I think she's a loon and I think she's kind of a traitor to this country because she would love to erase the line between church and state, which I think this country was founded upon and should never, ever be trifled with in any way."

After guest and Democratic strategist Cornell Belcher brought up the popularity of anti-intellectualism, the liberal comedian added: "Yeah, she's got that, her followers are the dumbest people on Earth. ... No, but seriously, they can barely scare up a pulse. I'm serious. They're not, they are really stupid. They're stupid."

She soon continued: "The people who like Sarah Palin are all on the government dole going out there and bitching about people wanting to get on the government dole. Please. Every one of them is on the government money."

/snip

Later in the segment, Barr ended up apologizing for insulting Palin's supporters, but still claimed they were being "duped" by the former Alaska governor. Speaking to host Anderson Cooper after a commercial break, Barr: " You told me that I could apologize because, you know, sometimes I shoot my mouth off and say really stupid things. I did not mean to insult all of Sarah Palin’s supporters, you know, I, it just flew out of my mouth. It’s not their fault. I feel they’re being duped, and I really do feel that they’re being duped, but I don’t blame them for that."

Read more:

So thats it then. I'm so glad Roseanne was there to set me straight. I had no idea I was so stupid. I am now going to the mail box and wait for my check from the government. I'm sure its on its way.

Its Only Racism When You're White and Conservative

A black Tea Party member has some advice for the Tea Party Federation
Lloyd Marcus
Who on earth could be calling me at 5:30 am? It was CNN. After apologizing for the early call, the producer, almost giddy with excitement, said that Tea Party spokesperson Mark Williams made "what some would call" a racist comment on his blog about the NAACP. As for me, CNN was requesting that I, being a black spokesperson for the Tea Party Movement, come on the air to address Mark's comment. I told the CNN producer that I had not read it. The response was, "I'll e-mail it to you. Please read it and call me back."

After reading Mark's comment, I told my wife, "This is much ado about nothing. I am not going on the air allowing them to put me on the defensive defending Mark Williams." My beautiful, wonderful, and wise wife replied, "Do the interview, but do not defend Mark. Use this as an opportunity to defend the Tea Party Movement."

It is truly unfortunate that some on our side are so easily put on the defensive. NAACP president Ben Jealous slandered millions of decent Tea Party patriots by saying we tolerate racist signs. We do not. Not one liberal mainstream media outlet demanded that Jealous produce the "Lynch Barack Obama" and "Lynch Eric Holder" signs he claimed to have seen. Thus, the liberal media are saying these violent, racist signs exist, and the Tea Partiers are guilty simply because Jealous says so.

Furthering their efforts to discredit the Tea Party movement by portraying them as racist, the liberal media attacked our Mark Williams for a satirical comment on his blog. Mark is a personal friend who is not a racist -- far from it. On his blog, Mark was making a point about the blatant hypocrisy and backwardness of the NAACP.

Meanwhile, the liberal media typically ignores "real racism" coming from the left. A member of the New Black Panther Party boldly proclaimed he hates crackers (white people) and that they need to "kill more crackers." Has the liberal media confronted the NAACP about denouncing the New Black Panthers' hate-filled, racist statement? No, they have not.

And yet, folks on our side ran to the microphones to denounce Mark Williams and the Tea Party Express, and both were "expelled" from the National Tea Party Federation. Dear Lord! People, wake up and smell the liberal media manipulation!

As for those so-called racist signs, in my travels with Tea Party Express attending over two hundred tea parties nationwide, I have not seen one overtly racist sign. Researchers have documented that the same sort of negative images which were called "patriotic" and "celebrated" for exercising free speech when used against George Bush are now considered racist when used against Barack Obama.

As far as Democrats, the Obama administration, and the liberal mainstream media are concerned, Obama's race trumps everything.

In a blatant assault on our free speech as Americans, for the first time in U.S. history, we have a president of whom any criticism, satire, and negative portrayals will be attacked as racist. Offenders are denounced, shunned, and defamed by Obama's Enforcers, the liberal mainstream media.

Falling into the defensive trap, some Tea Party leaders have suggested that we change our name. They say, "The term "Tea Party" has become so negative." The liberal mainstream media is going to trash us no matter what we call ourselves, even if we change our name to the "Happy Go Lucky Really Nice People" movement.

News flash! The goal of the liberal mainstream media is to "crush" the Tea Party Movement. Obama is their guy. The liberal mainstream media's unprecedented protection of Obama during the election, skipping the usual vetting process for one applying for the job of leader of the free world, won Obama the White House. Along with their racist support because he is black, the liberal mainstream wholeheartedly embraces Obama's socialist/progressive agenda.

Thus, it is foolish for Tea Party patriots to pander to our enemy, the liberal mainstream media. Relentlessly, the liberal mainstream media Obama-ites and Progressivism religious zealots will distort, lie, and do whatever is necessary to divide and conquer us. Brothers and sisters, please do not fall for it. God bless.

Healthcare is "Complicated"

Wes Pruden writing in his Friday edition.

Mr. Obama sharply scolded Rep. Eric Cantor of Virginia for bringing along a copy of the 2,400-page Senate bill and the 11-page proposal the president posted on the Internet earlier in the week. He called Mr. Cantor's preparation "the type of political stunt that gets in the way of serious conversation." The "truth of the matter," the president said, as Mr. Cantor began to speak, is health care is a very complicated subject.

Well, duh. But if Republican congressmen insist on reading from the actual legislation, instead of taking as Gospel the president's honeyed words (as honeyed as he can make them without his teleprompter), they keep the president from making something simple into something complicated and hard to understand. The president's problem is that the public understands very well what's in the elixir he's peddling. A CNN poll released Wednesday showed that only 25 percent of Americans want to take the legislative medicine.

Heritage Foundation Quick Hits

QUICK HITS
Three different White House advisers (Senior Adviser Valerie Jarrett, Press Secretary Robert Gibbs and Senior Adviser David Axelrod) gave three different estimates for the number of jobs President Obama's economic stimulus program "created or saved" this Sunday.

According to the latest CNN poll, 56% of Americans now oppose President Barack Obama's economic stimulus program.

Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) said his committee was preparing to recommend "abolishing" Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

The Obama administration Guantanamo Bay task force has concluded that at least 47 prisoners must be held indefinitely without civilian or military trial.

Venezuela President Hugo Chavez has ordered popular television station RCTV off the air for not televising Chavez's speeches in their entirety.

Achmed the Dead Terrorist has new friends

14 "alleged" terrorists die of incompetent wiring, faulty components, and a massive explosion,.......but mainly of massive explosion.

Their own. Apparently they attended Achmed's training camp......

Achmed:
.....So, look as a suicide bomber have you had training?~Of course, we had this suicide bomber training camp.~Ah, is that a nice facility?~It used to be...~What happened?~New guy! The idiot tried to practise!~What did you guys learn from that?~Location, location, location....

.....Oh, if you must know, I am a horrible suicide bomber...~What happened?~I had a premature detonation...~I set the timer for 30 minutes, but it went off in 4 seconds!
CNN reports that they "mistakenly" blew up.
Nope.
Anytime terrorists are "blowed up real good" by their own bombs, that's not a mistake

CNN Grades On A Curve. A BIG Curve.....

There's been a test. I missed it. Here are the results. I'm going to concentrate on the 2nd 100 Days now that the country is more.....familiar....with this Administration.

CNN had a poll (who knew?) : The National Report Card. First 100 Days and 2nd 100 Days. (38,581 voters 1st 100 and 8,384 voters 2nd 100)
I think people are losing interest.....

The first thing you must know, before jumping over there and seeing how things went, is that CNN grades on a curve:
The national average grade for each question is the mean of the total votes submitted via CNN.com, Facebook, phone, and text messaging, starting August 2, 2009, and ending between 8 and 10pm ET on August 6, 2009. State-by-state averages are calculated using the same grade submissions if and when state-identifying information is available. Limit one vote per person.

CNN uses the following grading scale:
A+ = 4.3
A = 4.0
A- = 3.7
B+ = 3.3
B = 3.0
B- = 2.7
C+ = 2.3
C= 2.0
C- = 1.7
D= 1.0
F = 0

CNN averages those numerical scores and assigns the letter grade with the numerical score closest to that final number. For example, if the average numerical score is 2.59, the final letter grade would be a B-minus because 2.59 is closer to B-minus (2.7) than it is to C-plus (2.3).

This leads to some strange results. (EVERY state has a C average under Economy) Without a similar graduated scale for D and F, the scoring weighs the results to a higher score, mathematically.

Example:
Louisiana has a combined D/F score of 57% on Economy - 41% + 16%. A 24%, B 13%, C 7%, D 16% and F 41%. C- avg?

Wyoming is similar with 58% D/F. A 20%, B 14%, C 8%, D 15% and F 43%. But they get a C-?

Obama's lowest F Rating, except in DC, was 27%. In California. DC: 17% On a curved grade. Not looking good, Barry. He averaged in the mid 30's for the rest of the country......1/3 of the poll takers.....

You will be happy to know that the only people hated more than the Media is Congress. 52% F, proving that there is hope. 19% D, proving that they need to read more blogs. But Congress gets a D average? 5% of the population gave them an A, thereby proving that they should not be allowed to breed. 10% gave them a B, thereby proving that they take good drugs. 16% voted C, proving that they were unaware about whom the test was about.

I would love someone that is well versed in statistics to work these results over with a realistic grade scale and lets get the real vote out.

Oh, and the poll was on FaceBook. Not a bastion of Conservatives, by any means.......

More From AtlasShrugs

We're blessed this Lady is on our side.

The Palin camp has issued a statement decrying rumors of a Palin divorce being spread by Alaskan CNN stringer Dennis Zaki, sourced to an anonymous Anchorage blogger and the National Enquirer.

Let's understand this. CNN won't touch the birth certificate issue, the Rezko/Auchi corruption, Obama's anti-semitism, his ACORN/SEIU ties and corruption and other legitimate stories that need investigation.

But they write fiction about Palin.

Daily.

So why not tell the truth about Obama and his reported strange sexual predilections?

My question is, it is well known that Obama allegedly was involved with a crack whore in his youth. Very seedy stuff. Why aren't they pursuing that story? Find the ho, give her a show! Obama trafficked in some very deviant practices. Where's the investigation?

He spent three weeks in Pakistan in his college days at Occidental in 1981. WTF was he doing in Pakistan in 1981? In 1979 Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was hanged in Pakistan and the military ruler Zia Ul-Haq enacted the controversial Hudood Ordinance, which was intended to implement Islamic Shari'a law, by enforcing punishments mentioned in the Quran.

Back in the early 80's, there were only two reasons to travel to Pakistan. Jihad or drugs. I think he went for the drugs and came back with jihad. (He did, after all, change his name to Barack Hussein Obama from Barry Soetoro, upon his return from that trip).

CNN IS LYING TO YOU

Over at QandO, there is proof that CNN is lying to you. Over a minor interview that affects nothing.

Watch both videos.

After you watch the respective interviews, consider what CNN (and any other major media outlet) is doing to the stories they feed you.

LIES, LIES, LIES. Like Reagan said, "Trust, but, verify." Never thought we would have to do that to our own.
