Lyla had 2 recent drum shows. The first one was with Temecula Drum Troop at the Riverside County Carnival. Lyla thought it was super fun because she had access to a backstage trailer. The venue was super chill so she wasn't nervous. She really liked it. Jason even got to go on stage and show off his cowbell skills.
Lyla and her band CrashLanding performed at Local Roots. She performed there last year just as a solo drummer. She had so much fun and wished the set list was longer because she wanted to keep going. She had a great show and totally killed it. People came up to her after and said how good she was.
To keep up with her practicing she and us got an electric drum kit. This way she can drum whenever she wants for as long as she wants without taking over the whole house.
