The Perfect You

You are a child of God. You were created in creativity, a primal thought when God extended Himself in love. Nothing you do or think or wish or make is necessary to establish your worth.

When Michelangelo was asked how he created a piece of sculpture, he answered that the statue already existed within the marble. God Himself had created the Pieta David, Moses, Michelangelo's job, as he saw it, was to get rid of the excess marble that surrounded God's creation.

So it is with you. The perfect you isn't something you need to create, because God already created it. The perfect you is the love within you. Your job is to allow the Holy Spirit to remove the fearful thinking that surrounds your perfect self., just as excess marble surrounded Michelangelo's perfect statue.

To remember that you are part of God, that you are loved and lovable, is not arrogant. It's humble. To think you are anything less is arrogant, because it implies you're something other than a creation of God.

Love is changeless and therefore so are you. Nothing that you have ever done or will ever do can mar your perfection in the eyes of God. You're deserving in His eyes because of what you are, not because of what you do.
What you do or don't do is not what determines your essential value-your growth perhaps, but not your value. That's why God is totally approving and accepting of you, exactly as you are, What's not to like? You were created in Love.

I have had this since High school- Some times we often forget how wonderful we are! So I just wanted to remind those who reads this- about the PERFECT YOU!

Why do they?

Grow up so fast! I swear I feel like I can't hang on to enough minutes in the day to keep them from growing up! I am so not ready for anymore kids probably not for a LONG time, so it is so sad when they get big, FUN, but still you want to hold on to every little time their small hands grab yours!

Long Over due

Ok prepare yourself, I guess this is what happens when you keep putting off posts. Well after 15months living in pleasant grove the home we lived in sold, so Sept 30th we moved, luckily just down the street :) This move was the hardest most exhausting move we have done. But now we are all settled in. Yes we are staging this home as well. I decided to start my own hometending business and was lucky enough to have become good friends with some agents, this is how we found this home, instead of paying the company we went through before we are paying ourselves. Even though living down here has been hard, being away friends and family, we have really been looked over. .
The kids have gotten so big and boys are so crazy busy I never knew kids could have so much energy, Kaden is 5 1/2 going on 20 he is quite the determined, independent, sassy, sweet little boy. He does everything on his own, he is ready for school before anyone else is even up, even the sun:) He is the best though at taking care of Parker wow he really loves him and Parker just loves him right back. He sometimes just doesn't want me he just wants Kaden. It's crazy to think this year is over, I never remember life passing me by as fast as it does now. Here are some pictures below of all that we have been up too. Oh and this picture above of kaden, just a minute ago came down from being in time out with this on. Chris and I could not stop laughing.

This is Halloween, Kaden forgot what it was like to have teeth, he now has lost 4 teeth. Ok this is funny, he woke me up one night at 2 in the morning, says"mom is my tooth lose, I said what? no kaden, stop trying to make your teeth lose or you will have no teeth to eat with it, ok mom, so he went back to bed, the next morning he says" mom", did I lose a tooth last night? Kaden, no hunny, oh my teeth were just cru-u-ious )curious) he cracks me up. He sure can whiste though not having teeth.

On halloween we started off in slc at a outdoor party, totally lame but at least we got out and did something.

After trick or treating eating all the goodies, this year was some awesome candy, one house even gave us fresh hot chocolate and donuts

Crazy hair day for kaden at school, he LOVES kindergarten

Random picture i know, but this is what I found underneath the boys bed when we were getting ready to move last month seriously that's a lot of crap.

Kaden is in to Skate boarding like no other, he taught himself and is awesome at it. He just find s something he likes and works hard until he figures it out, with a lot of frustration and whinning he is determined to do it and he does.

Love my sweet connor, always making us laugh still, he is so much fun, he is my cuddly boy, still the sweetest connor ever

This baby got big faster than any of my others, he sits up now and rolls all over, he scoots backwards, but not really crawling yet, which I am fine with, I don't need him bigger than he already is. Parker is BUSY though he will cuddle with dad and kaden but not me, he is just jumping and grabbing things always doing something and loves to eat, what baby doesn't. :) I want to love and cuddle him so much, but he is just to busy of a baby, thinks he is on mission or something. Parker is the best baby though, always smiling rarely cries, just always has a permament smile on his face, he is always reminding us to smile.

Life is busy, but good. I have learned more than anything how much my family means to me. I will never regret closing down THF and having to start all over, the lessons I have learned, the people I have met, the hard and good days have made me who I needed to be. I am really grateful for these experiences and now finally having some opportunities to help our family get back on our feet again. I may struggle with some health issues and not have a home to claim mine yet, but with a little patient and perserverence we can over come anything, and one day all this waiting will be worth it. I once heard a simple quote that just says it all" Don't waste Today worrying about tomorrow" Today is all that matters" I know I spent to much time caring more about my tomorrows that I wasted my today's. Especially with little kids life is precious and they are only little once. I regret worrying so much and not focusing on the things I could control, instead I was focusing on the things I couldn't, that time I will never get back. Life can be depressing and sad if we LET it, but life can also be wonderful and happy if we MAKE it. :)

It;s about time......

"It's about time mom"
Kaden told me last night, he has been waiting for this day for a long time. He can't wait to read better and learn. He is so bright and loves to stay busy. This was a fun exciting day for both of us. Kaden told connor, that he better take good care of parker while he was gone. lol He also was so upset that he didn't get to eat lunch or stay 6 hours. When I went to go get him, he told his teacher he was to be bussed home. So he was about to ride the bus home,just because he thought it would be fun, I didn't sign him up for that, so how would they know where to take him lol. Silly kaden mommy picks you up :) Kaden also told connor on the way home,"Isn't cool that I go to a real school now" It's not kaden I am worried about keeping up with school, it's school I am worried about not keeping up with him.

Parker 6 months at the park, very rarely does he not smile, he is such a HAPPY baby, and melts my heart every time I look at him.

chris had to put the binky right by his face so it would stop falling out and parker would finally go back to sleep, how sweet is that.
