The rest of Brooklynn's Birthday was spend down in Utah. We had a fun time bowling and eating pizza. GG was down from Washington to visit, she even bowled a game herself. We don't get to see GG very often so when she's down at my moms, we make sure to make the trip to see her.
The kids get a birthday book each year. The book is about them and the things they've done during the past year. So here is Brooklynn's Book for 2008-8009. (I'm looking for a way to get the bigger movie posted so you can see it better, but for now you get the idea)
Brooklynn turns 7 today! I can't believe how fast time passes. When Grandma Jackie is around for birthdays she always has some creative little birthday cake for the kids and sings "Happy Birthday". Most of the time it is in the morning waking them up. We've kinda carried on that tradition, Brookie was sang to this morning with a maple doughnut cake. She couldn't wait to go off to school today and get her Teddy bear from her teacher.
This was one of our last days of Christmas vacation in Utah. A very beautiful snowy morning. My dad and I were out running errands and just stopped along the road to take some pictures. I love how the snow just sits on the tree branches.
