Happy Birthday Brookie!

I'm pretty sure everyone had a good time. Mom even survived 13 screaming girls running everywhere. We made cute little "pupcake" charm necklaces, played games, opened presents, ate "pupcakes" and then sat down to watch a movie and eat goodies. What a night... Happy Birthday Brookie! I'm glad you've been apart of our family for 8 years. We love you!

brooklynn's late night!

Brooklynn has been talking about this night for the last 2 months. Yes, I'm throwing a birthday party! Nothing to elaborate, but turning 8 is a significant birthday in her life so here I go. So far 10 girls are coming to my house. (anxiety meds here I come). We plan on making these cute charm necklaces, eat goodies and then watch a tween movie. That should do it right? Cross your fingers for me....

• Kelby surprised the girls with tickets to a Taylor Swift concert • won a trip thru work and took Alyce zip lining for the 1st time • coached Ashley's softball and basketball teams • runs a successful insurance business

• Alyce ran Canyons 1/2 marathon in Moab • went to Wicked with family • played indoor soccer, volleyball • went to Womens conference at "Ricks"

• Ashley {10} 5th grade • made the select soccer team, played volleyball for 5th grade, played softball and basketball • is on the student council • dabbled in more photography

• Brooklynn {7} 2nd grade • played soccer, basketball and softball • stress fractured bone in hand

• Tyler {4} Tiny Tot's Preschool • played soccer for the 1st time • x-ray of Ty's arm • loves to play with his dad and build the "hot rod"

Rebecca took our family out one nice afternoon and did a mini photo shoot. At least that is what she thought. I think we were out nearly 2 hours. We went to some interesting places, the kids did great, and we actually enjoyed ourselves. No stressing... I guess the key is to grab anything from your closet and just go and don't worry.

I took what I call the "leftover" or "tag a long" shots. Rebecca did all the work possing them and getting them to smile and then I go in behind her and take some pictures. I love this one cuz it show Rebecca in action. Loving what she does.

Did I say now that summers here! Ha!! Maybe now that winter is almost here and I don't want to be outside in the cold weather I'll get some posts done. Its scary for me to look back at all my pictures and see how much I have to do. Till the next post.....

We were so excited that Kylee and John came to visit for a week. We haven't seen them since they got married last year and moved to Texas. Tyler especially love John, he had to go everywhere with him. Thanks Uncle John for putting up with the little Tybug.
