Introducing . . .

Gouverneur (pronounced "Governor") Hawkins Fillmore: born today at 6:46 pm in Falls Church, Fairfax County, VA, 8 lbs and 7 oz, 21-1/2 inches. It was a rough labor that developed slowly but then went very quickly at the end, and by the time we realized Jessi's epidural wasn't working, it was too late to try a new one.

But other than that, it all went well and he arrived without any problems, and Jessi's doing great now and taken back all the things she said in the delivery room.

We're so glad to have another healthy, beautiful boy. We think he looks a lot like Sterling Henry, but with tons of blond hair.

Enjoy the pics below.

AIR SHOW

We went to the air show on Saturday at Andrews Air Force Base. I have wanted to go for the last 5 years but for one reason or another it hasn't worked out. Sterling has been twice but this was the first year for the whole family. I hope to go every year because it was awesome.

They had lots of things going on in the sky all day. Here are the Thunderbirds. They were pretty awesome and definitely the highlight of the show.

There were tons and tons of planes and helicopters that we could climb on. Sterling Henry was in heaven.

Dellin was in the stroller most of the time. He had some serious allergies going on so his eyes were red all day. He loved seeing all the airplanes. Airplane is his new word of the week.
I love this picture of Sterling Henry.

My boys with the Memphis Belle.
Sterling Henry was so happy to see a real Nascar. He was ticked off that he couldn't get in it but standing next to it was almost as good.

They even had firetrucks.

This was a huge Russian plane. I'm in the background. I wasn't up for tons of pictures that day.

We met up with some friends from our ward. Sterling is great pals with Elizabeth and they spent most of the day together.
I loved the airshow and loved feeling like Janey Glen from Girls Just Want to Have Fun. If you are in the area next May, you need to go.

ROCK.

Sterling Henry has recently learned how to rock.

His dad couldn't be more proud.

That may or may not be Axl in the background playing November Rain.

NJ for Isaaca's Baptism

We went up to New Jersey for my nephew Isaac's baptism. It was a quick trip but totally worth it. We drove up Saturday and came home last night. We had the best time staying with Jake and Tyra. They are fabulous hosts and we cannot wait to get back up there to see them again soon.

We hung out and relaxed on Saturday and then the baptism was Sunday after church. It was such a special day for Isaac and we were happy to take part in it.

Father and son. (Isaac is probably the tallest 8-year-old out there.)

Jake and Tyra have such a darling family.

My boys were in heaven the whole time. They had cousins to play with non-stop. There were lots of fun toys and tons of bikes to ride on. Here is Sterling Henry and JJ.

Jake and Tyra are renting this darling house. I had to crop the picture so you can't see much of it, but is is cute.

Tyra's cousin Darla was my roomate before my mission. She and her husband are living in Pa. and came for the baptism. I haven't seen her in 10 years. Both of our husbands also lived in our apartment complex so it was fun to catch up. She just had a darling little girl 10 days ago and I am due in 10 days... a lot has changed since life at the BC.

It was 4 hours up and 4 hours back. Our boys did great! Sterling Henry passed out on the way up while looking at this book.

On the way back, I turned around to see this. The sun was in his eyes so he took matters into his own hands.
Dellin was happy the whole way. We've got it good.
I am so happy we went. I almost backed out last minute because I was feeling pretty worn out and was sort of worried about the baby. He cooperated and hopefully will be arriving SOON!

Family Fishing.

We took the boys fishing on Saturday and it was a lot of fun. I was originally going to stay home but was convinced last minute to go. I am so glad I went. It was a lot of fun to watch the boys. We only stayed for about 45 minutes and didn't catch a thing but had a blast. Sterling Henry was completely drenched by the time we left. All in all it was a complete success!

Sterling Henry was not very interested in holding dad's pole. He was too busy holding this stick and throwing rocks in the water. I love the smile on his face!
He loved having a bit of freedom and being able to climb all around.

Dellin hung out in the stroller for most of the time. He was pretty happy as long as he had snacks.

I use to think that I looked more uncomfortable than I feel. I think it is now even.

I love this proud dad smile!
We had to completely strip Sterling Henry down for the ride home. He didn't seem to mind at all.
I think my boys have got it good. They have lot of fishing trips to look forward too in the future!

BRING ON MAY

We had a fabulous weekend and happily welcomed May. I am happy to say that the baby is coming THIS month. Now when people ask when I am going to "pop", I can tell them SOON!

We had a great weekend. I love everything about the weekends but mostly just having Sterling around. The boys and I are much happier to have dad home.

I started the weekend early on Friday morning by watching the royal wedding. I was up before 6am and watching. The plan was to make popcorn but I couldn't bring myself to eat that early. (Surprise. Surprise.) I loved every second of the wedding. I can't figure out how people didn't love it. Kate's dress, her smile, William, I could go on and on.
On Saturday we ventured out to the new Cafe Rio that opened that week. It is in a tiny town called Olney, Maryland and it is abour 35 minutes away. It was packed. There were tons of people there wearing BYU and UTAH gear. We also ran into several people we knew. This Cafe Rio has been long awaited. (You may notice that I wear the same thing in every picture. I have moved into my "last weeks of pregnancy" outfit. I have this shirt in pink and blue and I wear that same skirt almost everyday.)
The boys loving their food.
I have been dreaming of this salad. I usually can only eat about 1/2 which is why I normally get the tostada. I polished this baby off and had no regrets!

We then headed over to Bass Pro Shops to see the fish and get Dellin a new hat. The boys love the fish tank as you can see.

They were having a boat show and Sterling Henry got to sit in each one.
My mom comes exactly 3 weeks from today. YIPPEE!
