We had a fun lunch with lots of people in the ward, took a short break so the pregnant ladies could nap. Then hit up good old Sauce and Frost(an unbeatable combo of goodness). Day 2, bring on the fun! (Jamie, we have an idea on how to get you down here ASAP)

Where have all the flowers gone?

All the flowers have disappeared off our flower bushes.

I have a feeling this kid had something to do with it:)

To get out of the house, "kid free" and go to dinner. Not the most creative idea in the book, but it sure got us excited:)

I love these lollipops like I love Santa. Why....because they can get my kid to do just about anything. This one got him to share his "fast cars" with baby Dylan. Usually he just makes a pile and hands the one that he doesn't like to Dylan and says, "you can play with this one, but not the other ones" But today with the help of this lolli, Dylan had uninterupted play time with a mountain of cars, win, win, win.

Hey ladies......

True story:
Yesterday the boys were heading down the street in the, "monster truck ship" and 2 little girls were riding their bikes past them. Dallas says, " hey ladies, check out my new ride" NO JOKE! Im not sure where he picked up that lingo, but it made the little girls giggle:)

Lipstick on a pig...

I did the normal thing and took down all the rest of my Christmas decorations......but I decided I wasn't ready to pack up the tree...... so I turned it into a Valentines Day tree. Now I have another month to enjoy it:) Dallas isn't buying it though, every time he looks at it he says, "Silly Mama, that isn't a Valentines tree, that's a Christmas tree" Like they say, you can't put lipstick on a pig, but hearts on a tree, maybe:)

Lizzy and me

While we were in Utah I got to see my BFF from home. Lizzy and I were like pea's and carrots back in the day. I should find a better analogy since both of us hate pea's and carrots. Anywho, it was so good to see her and her 2 beautiful girls. No matter how much time passes it is so good to have a buddy that shares so much history. Love ya Lizzy!

New Years Eve

We had a great New Years Eve. Dallas got a little giddy after drinking a whole bottle of Martinellis! This kid stayed up until 1:00 am.

He got in a little snuggle action with Jamie.

Everyone wanted Jean to play lefthanded because she was way too good.
Jamie could not get a bad score on anything, she and Matt dominated the couples competition.

I wished it was called, "rap band" instead of "rockband"

Big D was really excited about the guitar.

We smoked the boys, I mean smoked them. They put in a good effort though.

More from Utah below........................

a trip to the U.T.

We just got back from Utah.

Here are a few of the highlights of the trip.

Lots and lots of time with Ryan. A whole week with Ryan not working, what could be better?

We got to see Grandpa's train room.

Grandpa even wore his conductor's hat.

I got to see Rachel(who was supposed to have her baby

while we were there, but didn't:(

Dylan got some quality Aunt Rachel time.

We went to Thanksgiving point with the cousins.

I got to see my Mini-me.

We are still waiting for Rachel to have her baby.............come on Rachel!

Dallas got to go sledding with his buddies Dax and Jace, and of course the Dad's didn't take pics.

Dylan got to see snow for the first time.
