Easy Dinner Recipe

I love quick easy dinner ideas. This took me about 5 full mintues to throw in the oven yesterday, when I barely had that much time to spare for dinner preparation. When it was finished- I took my peice and ate in the car as I rushed to my next appointment leaving Naomi and Jeff to fend for themselves.

Quick Quiche-

Put any combination of the following ingredients into a pie pan:
(last night I used fresh spinach, turkey lunch meat, and goat cheese)

Chicken
Ham
Bacon
Artichoke hearts
Broccoli
Spinach
Zucchini
Green chile
Parsley
Cheese of any kind

Then:
In a blender mix
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt.

Pour over ingredients in pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Last of the aspens

One last family shoot in the aspens-- there were just a few of the leaves left on the trees. Little Abbie wouldn't sit still for anything, so I just ran with the moment.

Family Feet

I just received my print of this photo- It looks pretty cool. I printed it on a linen matallic paper- It's adds a cool pop to a pretty normal photo. Just thought I would share. This is our feet at the beach this summer.

Halloween Party

Saturday we had a great time at Tia's for a family Halloween party. Here are a bunch of pictures. Sorry, I kind of got carried away, but it was so much fun with everyone dressed up. Remember- I still have boxes of adult costumes if you are still deciding what you want to be!!

We are having some technical difficulties right now-- more pictures are soon to come.

Lovely Gold!!

I love fall! The aspens are so wonderful. Naomi and I went exploring on the mountain a little this afternoon and then tested out some family pictures.

SEDONA APPLES

Last weekend we went to Sedona to get apples and cider. It's almost like being in Michigan for a brief moment as you taste the most wonderful apples. We bought several bags to take home and stopped for lunch at Indian Gardens to have a sandwich. The orchard has a stand in town and a road side stand across from Indian Gardens. Naomi ate 4 apples while we were there. Later than night we made apple tarts and parsnip apple soup.

Naomi

I need to spend a whole day just to catch up on my life! I'm such a horrible blogger, but I have a few mintues. I'm practicing a new lighting technique to prepare for a portrait shoot tonight. Naomi works so well as my little model when I need to practice.
