Red is not my color it seems but I love my sweatshirt anyway. It was worth the 33 miles. Can't wait until next year to see what color it will be and to set a new PR.

Pink?

Instead of scaring any potential blog followers off with another post run pic I thought I'd try a before shot. I was headed to the gym for a run. I am NOT a huge fan of pink. Most people know this. I had several shocked comments at the gym when I showed up in my new Nike wicking tank that I scored for $5. I had a great workout and run today even if it was on the treadmill. BTW, my tank top is mostly purple :)

What A Mess

I have never been an attractive athlete. Here is yet another piece of proof. Even my physical therapist now makes fun of my sweaty mess as he tortures me each week.

I had a great run this morning even if it was on the treadmill. See, I'm still smiling :)

Some of you know that we were flooded in January of 2009. That was a horrible time for us. Click Here For Flood Story. We had to move sooner than expected and in July of 2009 we found our home. We are still finding muddy/flood damaged things as we go through totes. Luckily, we are almost done with that process. For my sanity I can only handle cleaning and going through it for so long at a time. We are slowly but surely replacing things. I am just thankful for our home and would be just fine with what we have right now forever. I wake up every morning grateful. We love it here.

I've had lots of requests for house pictures so I thought I'd get some up. We cut down a tree today so I took some new ones.

Still Alive

I know I have been missing from bloggy land. My girls were on Spring Break last week and I had a surprise visit from family from Idaho. We were lucky enough to have them here most of Spring Break. The weather was awful but we had fun.

I've been running and going to physical therapy for my knee. I'm thinking I'm close to being finished with that.

I'm still here. Working on some "real" posts and updating my miles. I'll be back :)
