Today the kids and I went with a friend and her kiddos to the fish hatchery. It was so fun! The kids LOVED the fish and water features. I saw so many places I want to get family pictures taken there. I'm trying to decided if we should wait till Spring or just do some fall pics there though it looks summery with all the green and flowers. It's Beautiful there though.
A very nice man came up to us and asked if the kids wanted to feed the fish. My friend and I were just talking about doing that. I thought he was a worker how worked there and was going to hand the kids some fish food to toss in. He actually was just some visitor who put a quarter in the machine to give us some fish. It was so sweet of him. I wish the world had more people like him in it. The kids LOVED feeding the fish. We got another handful for them and came back at the end of the day to feed them some more. What fun!
