Putting Up the Tree

I just love putting up the Christmas tree! This is one of my favorite times of the year. Thank goodness for all the holidays, or December would be quite depressing with all he cold and dark. :) Luckily we have the Christmas lights to light up our night!

We started the night by moving around the furniture while Daddy brought up the Christmas tree. (Jason loved this part...)

Jason put the star on this year and helped decorate. It's nice not having to have the ornaments start halfway up the tree this year!

Tyler just hung out and watched. Pleasant as always!

He also got to practice being a stocking stuffer!

All About Tyler

I have been slacking on posting about my Nyner (as Jason calls him.) Jason sure does love his little brother!


He has learned several new tricks in the last few weeks. He is growing so stinking fast, and still as cute as ever. I love this kid!

He is the happiest little baby I have ever met. He's so easy-going. Definitely got that from his daddy!

Here he is hanging out while we decorated our Christmas tree.

A few weeks ago he started grabbing toys! I swear one day he wasn't even interested and the next he's got the coordination to grab it and hold it! Wow, baby!

Here he is looking at his toys, deciding which one to eat next. :)

Ahh, the elephant! Good choice.

Today he tried solids for the first time. I didn't think I'd start him on them til closer to 6 months, but we had nothing to do and I thought it sounded fun. He loved it, he's only mad here because he's upset that it doesn't just keep flowing like his bottle does. Yumm...

And of course, he loved his hand even more since it was covered in food. What a delicacy!
