Happy Birthday Del!
Today Del turns the big 30! I love you so much and I am so thrilled to see all you have accomplished in your thirty years! Thank you for taking care of our family so well. I am blessed to have Del by my side. And without him, I would have to mow, and take out the garbage, and all that other yucky stuff.
Yesterday, we had some friends over for BYU game/Birthday celebration.

Day-Dreaming
I love when I find my kids looking out a window. There is just something so sweet about it. I wonder where their thoughts wander to, and what they make of the world outside the four walls they see all the time. It is one of those simple things that just make me smile.

Unfortunately, it ended with this. Georgia of course, lowered herself behind the couch, and got mad when she saw me taking her picture. One quick pull of the couch away from the wall, and all was well.

The Wheels On the Bus
We were waiting anxiously for the first day of school this year. And after much prep given to us by our district and pre-school, (As in, me attending about 8 hours of orientation and classroom visiting time between the two of my kids, OVERKILL..) we sent them off! Wally has been agonizing about having to ride the school bus all summer, but when it showed up, he jumped right on with a big smile. Will was ready to jump on too, so the event ended in tears for him, but with a big wave from Wally. It was sad to watch my little guy drive away! We are excited for a year of good learning! Let's hope all goes well with these two energetic boys! We are so lucky to have them, and can't believe how fast they are growing up.
