Christmas Pictures

This year I decided to pass on the traditional
(80's looking) Christmas Dress for Hayden,
and instead went with a Christmas Tutu,
and a personalized Christmas onsie.

Turkey Time

We spent Thanksgiving weekend this year with the Hunts.
Which is wonderful because Ryan's parents live just over in Henderson.
Ryan's sisters Rochelle and Kristyouple of Ryan's sisters came with their families and his brother with his family.
The weather was so nice the kids spent most of the day playing outside.

(Hayden in her fur coat to go out and watch the bigger kids play)

It is so fun to see how much fun all the little cousins have together.
They all just love each other so much and are so excited for the time they get together.
I guess the adults are not much different.
I am so lucky to be married to someone who has such a wonderful family.

(Mauna Sue and Kristy)

I love all Ryan's siblings and their families very much.
We can get together after going 1/2 the year apart and it's like we never missed a beat.
We watched movies/football,

(Hayden trying to watch the game)

We played Rook and laughed at "Achmed the dead terrorist" over and over again.

(Tyson, Gavin, Rochelle, Kristy, Sara (in the background), Zach, Doug, Tyler)

and of course we cooked and ate.

(Roger carving the turkey)

We spent some time at the park on Friday getting some fresh air.

(Hayden napped)

On Friday night we went over to the Magic Forrest at Opportunity Village.

(Danielle, Sara, Logan, Gavin, Tyson, Lexi, Zach, Hayden)

We got right in and took all the kids on the train ride.

Then made our way through the forest.

(I thought she would love the lights but she was more entertained by her cousins)

(Hayden kept trying to eat her coat collar)

(It wasn't actually that cold, I was just being a paranoid mom)

It is probably my favorite thing that Las Vegas has to offer (any time of year)
I love Christmas, but I always want it to be a fantasy Christmas like in the movies,
and the Magic Forest is the closest I get.
(except for maybe Disneyland at Christmas - which is amazing!)
We took a break for family pictures before grabbing a funnel cake to share.

(they were HUGE this year)
We had so much fun, and all the food was delicious.
(Thanks Mauna Sue)
I can't wait until the next time we can all get together.
Until then this is for all of you.
