Christmas 2010

Polar Express movie night....
Christmas morning....

Crosby was just as happy to see his bottle than his stocking - should've just tied a big ribbon on it!

Crosby watching the older boys open their stockings

New pacifiers were good, but ribbons and packaging/wrapping paper were even better for little man!

Thanks Uncle Matt and Aunt Andrea for the cool colored pencils and pencil sharpener - Carson was SO excited about the sharpener - he really needed one at home!
Thanks Mimi and Papa for all the presents, but especially the fun candy store m&m's and jelly beans - I don't know who enjoyed them more, Wade or the boys?!
Thanks Matt and Andrea for the Yoshi remote control car - Cal was very happy!
Mimi and Papa - the football guys were a hit!  Thanks again!

Santa and the Boys

Here are the boys with Santa on Sunday.  They all did great and told Santa everything they wanted in great detail....poor Santa!

And just to take a stroll down memory lane, here are the boys in 2009...
                                                                    and 2008....
                                                                             and 2007.....
and 2006....(Cal was only 2 months old, so we didn't put him on Santa's lap for fear of germs!)
And that's all we have....before this picture, Carson was 2 and fearful of Santa!  Merry Christmas Eve!

Gingerbread house making

We did our best to make a gingerbread house this year - the boys loved doing it!  I missed my mom though, she's the best at this kind of stuff!!  Maybe next year, right Mimi?

Lighting of the Ozarks

On Saturday night, we went downtown and ate pizza and then went around the square to look at all the Chrstimas lights.  It's always a fun thing to go do here because they really decorate the downtown square well with tons of Christmas lights.  There's also pony and camel rides down there and lots of people. There were so many people there on Saturday that I didn't get as many pictures as I wanted to because it was just too crazy!

The Christmas Train

Last weekend, we went to a little place outside of Pryor, OK to ride the Christmas Train.  We met Wade's brother and sister-n-law there with their girls.  We took Carson and Cal, but Crosby stayed home with Wade's parents.  It was so neat and really put me in the Christmas spirit!  The Christmas Train is put on by a local church I think ou of Tulsa called Church on the Move.  The train told the story of Jesus while you rode it and it had awesome art work depicting different scenes from the story as well as real life scenes while you rode the train.  The boys loved it too!  It also has lots of gift shops, shows, restaurants, a carousel, horse drawn carriage and wagon rides, a huge playground, go-carts, and bumper cars.  We took the kids to see a really cute puppet show while we were there too.  It was freezing cold that night, but lots of memories were made.  It was worth it!

A Super Belated Turkey Day Post

We went to Kansas City this year and spent Thanksgiving with my brother and sister-in-law, and my two previous nephews, as well as my parents and 15 year old nephew, Dylan.  It was a special Thanksgiving because we finally got to meet our newest nephew, Asher, born in July.  It was also the first chance Matt and Andrea had to meet Crosby!  We had a wonderful time and loved getting to spend it in Matt and Andrea's new house.  It was cozy, warm, and inviting and a great time was had by all.  Here are the boys all playing football together.  Kyan really got in there and had a blast playing tackle with the boys.  We were so proud of him!

I love these cheesy smiles!
Awww.....so sweet!
One of my favorite pictures.  Kyan was showed lots and lots of interest in the boys and initiated a lot of greetings and language with them.  He also played really well with them this trip.  He is really progressing!
Here are Dylan, Asher, and Kyan.  Andrea sent me most of these pictures, I wasn't very good at remembering to bring out my camera!  Dylan is trying really hard not to smile!
The boys waiting patiently for their thanksgiving feast!
Dad and Wade enjoying the grub!
mom - the chef!
Matt - the cool dad who can handle baby spit up right before his meal!
Carson - who loves to have at least one silly picture anytime the camera is out!
the babies - Crosby and Asher.  Asher is just precious....looks just like his mommy!  He is a real trooper, despite having a cleft lip and palate.  He will have surgery in January to repar his lip and nose.  This is the first in a series of surgeries to repair it all.  Please be in prayer for him and his mommy and daddy!

I don't know why, but for some reason I didn't get any pictures of me and Andrea.  Oh well!  Here are some pretty precious faces though!
