Holiday Reading

Once I was an avid reader but these days I seem to find it hard to find books that I really enjoy.

I also find that I would rather do other things besides read, although I enjoy browsing in bookshops and libraries. Having said that I did a pick up a copy of this book and read it quite quickly and enjoyed it. Maybe it was what my brain was ready for ...something light and not too deep!

Am lucky to be on a two week break from the hustle and bustle of working days.
Hard to believe one week is nearly over as one tends to try and catch up on various "must do" items like medical appointments, housework...etc and none of things that you REALLY were looking forward to get done like playing with fabric!
But it's the weekend...the sun is shining and as it is the last Sunday in September, it's AFL Grand Final Day. Not that our team is playing but time to kick back and relaaaxxxx.
