Christmas

Christmas was so much fun this year!!

Someone left these cute BYU shirts wrapped up on our porch! Afton was so excited and she was trying to mimic Maya's cute face. So funny!
I bought Afton a cute book about the story of Jesus and every other page was a stencil. Afton LOVED it!!
 Cute Christmas Tree
Fun painting of a wise man and a donkey
 LOVE these two
This year Afton was able to perform in the Learning Dynamic's Christmas Program. It was at the Legacy Center and my mom watched Maya while I went. Afton was a reindeer and her part was, the bells are shined. She did great.
 Afton loves Mrs. Mower
I kind of felt like a train wreck but it was the first time I'd been out in public since having Maya!
Afton and her friend Connor were cracking me up. They were goofing off, laughing, poking at each other and being so silly. (don't mind that ladies head)

For a gift Afton made Mrs. Mower a card and gave her a yummy candy bar. The card had a bunny in a garden full of carrots and vegetables.

I didn't send out Christmas cards this year but here were a couple I messed around with. Too much skin according to Brett. He's probably right.

Christmas Eve pj's. They looked small when I bought them even though they said 5T. They looked even smaller on. Oh well...
Strange thing at the Keetch's this year. Afton seemed so sad a lot of the night. She had this solemn face and I couldn't figure out what was going on.

Two wheeler

I have more pictures and some really fun video but for now I just want to say how amazing this girl is. She is loving her new bike and she cruises around like she's been riding for years! There's something about riding a bike that gives you such freedom and you can see it when you watch her ride, she LOVES it!!

Cascade Springs and Deer Creek

At least once a year we like to drive over the Alpine Loop and go to Cascade Springs! We usually go in the fall but decided today was a great day to go for a drive.

After Cascade Springs we drove over the hill into Midway. We stopped at Deer Creek to throw some rocks and soak our feet but I actually had Afton's suit, towels, and sand toys in the trunk.

So Brett being the great dad he is got into the water in his shorts and the two of them had a water fight! I love watching Afton smile and laugh and I love hearing her giggles as she's trying to get away from Dad.

This fish was dead and was soooo stinky. Brett finally got a stick and went and threw it in the bushes. Yuck

Hiking with Grandpa

We love hanging out with Grandpa and today was so much fun. We grabbed some food from Wendy's and ate in the jeep while driving up American Fork Canyon. This first spot was so colorful and Afton and Grandpa ran ahead to play in the leaves. Afton named it Color City.

Afton and Grandpa were playing hide and seek. I'm not sure who was having more fun...
