Emma Watson

Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson (born 15 April 1990) is an English actress and model who rose to prominence playing Hermione Granger, one of three starring roles in the Harry Potter film series. Watson was cast as Hermione at the age of nine, having previously acted only in school plays. From 2001 to 2010, she starred in seven Harry Potter films alongside Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint; she will return for the final installment: the second part of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Watson's work on the Harry Potter series has earned her several awards and more than £10 million. She made her modelling debut for Burberry's Autumn/Winter campaign in 2009.

In 2007, Watson announced her involvement in two non-Harry Potter productions: the television adaptation of the novel Ballet Shoes and an animated film, The Tale of Despereaux. Ballet Shoes was broadcast on 26 December 2007 to an audience of 5.2 million, and The Tale of Despereaux, based on the novel by Kate DiCamillo, was released in 2008 and grossed over US $70 million in worldwide sales.

Early life

Emma Watson was born in Paris to Jacqueline Luesby and Chris Watson, both British lawyers. Watson has one French grandmother, and lived in Paris until the age of five. Later, following her parents' divorce, she moved with her mother and younger brother to Oxfordshire. From the age of six, Watson wanted to become an actress, and for a number of years she trained at the Oxford branch of Stagecoach Theatre Arts, a part-time theatre school where she studied singing, dancing and acting. By the age of ten, she had performed in various Stagecoach productions and school plays, including Arthur: The Young Years and The Happy Prince, but she had never acted professionally before the Harry Potter series. "I had no idea of the scale of the film series," she stated in a 2007 interview with Parade; "If I had I would have been completely overwhelmed."

Career

Harry Potter

In 1999, casting began for Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (released as Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in the United States), the film adaptation of British author J. K. Rowling's bestselling novel. Casting agents found Watson through her Oxford theatre teacher, and producers were impressed by her confidence. After eight auditions, producer David Heyman told Watson and fellow applicants Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint that they had been cast for the roles of the schoolfriends Hermione Granger, Harry Potter and Ron Weasley respectively. Rowling supported Watson from her first screen test.

The release of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone in 2001 was Watson's debut screen performance. The film broke records for opening-day sales and opening-weekend takings and was the highest-grossing film of 2001. Critics praised the performances of the three leads, often singling out Watson for particular acclaim; The Daily Telegraph called her performance "admirable", and IGN said she "stole the show". Watson was nominated for five awards for her performance in Philosopher's Stone, winning the Young Artist Award for Leading Young Actress.

A year later, Watson again starred as Hermione in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, the second installment of the series. Although the film received mixed reviews, reviewers were positive about the lead actors' performances. The Los Angeles Times said Watson and her peers had matured between films, while The Times criticised director Chris Columbus for "under-employing" Watson's hugely popular character. Watson received an Otto Award from the German magazine Bravo for her performance.

In 2004, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban was released. Watson was appreciative of the more assertive role Hermione played, calling her character "charismatic" and "a fantastic role to play". Although critics panned Radcliffe's performance, labelling him "wooden", they praised Watson; The New York Times lauded her performance, saying "Luckily Mr. Radcliffe's blandness is offset by Ms. Watson's spiky impatience. Harry may show off his expanding wizardly skills ... but Hermione ... earns the loudest applause with a decidedly unmagical punch to Draco Malfoy's deserving nose." Although Prisoner of Azkaban remains the lowest-grossing Harry Potter film as of April 2009, Watson's personal performance won her two Otto Awards and the Child Performance of the Year award from Total Film.

With Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005), both Watson and the Harry Potter film series reached new milestones. The film set records for a Harry Potter opening weekend, a non-May opening weekend in the US, and an opening weekend in the UK. Critics praised the increasing maturity of Watson and her teenage co-stars; the New York Times called her performance "touchingly earnest". For Watson, much of the humour of the film sprang from the tension among the three lead characters as they matured. She said, "I loved all the arguing. ... I think it's much more realistic that they would argue and that there would be problems." Nominated for three awards for Goblet of Fire, Watson won a bronze Otto Award. Later that year, Watson became the youngest person to appear on the cover of Teen Vogue, an appearance she reprised in August 2009. In 2006, Watson played Hermione in The Queen's Handbag, a special mini-episode of Harry Potter in celebration of Queen Elizabeth II's 80th birthday.

The fifth film in the Harry Potter franchise, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, was released in 2007. A huge financial success, the film set a record worldwide opening-weekend gross of $332.7 million. Watson won the inaugural National Movie Award for Best Female Performance. As the fame of the actress and the series continued, Watson and fellow Harry Potter co-stars Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint left imprints of their hands, feet and wands in front of Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood on 9 July 2007.

Despite the success of Order of the Phoenix, the future of the Harry Potter franchise became surrounded in doubt, as all three lead actors were hesitant to sign on to continue their roles for the final two episodes. Radcliffe eventually signed for the final films on 2 March 2007, but Watson was considerably more hesitant. She explained that the decision was significant, as the films represented a further four-year commitment to the role, but eventually conceded that she "could never let [the role of] Hermione go", signing for the role on 23 March 2007. In return for committing to the final films, Watson's pay was doubled to £2 million per film; she concluded that "in the end, the pluses outweighed the minuses". Principal photography for the sixth film began in late 2007, with Watson's part being filmed from 18 December to 17 May 2008.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince premiered on 15 July 2009, having been controversially delayed from November 2008. With the lead actors now in their late teens, critics were increasingly willing to review them on the same level as the rest of the film's all-star cast, which the Los Angeles Times described as "a comprehensive guide to contemporary UK acting". The Washington Post felt Watson to have given "[her] most charming performance to date", while The Daily Telegraph described the lead actors as "newly-liberated and energized, eager to give all they have to what's left of the series".

Watson's filming for the final installment of the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, began on 18 February 2009 and ended on 12 June 2010. For financial and scripting reasons, the original book has been divided into two films which were shot back to back. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 1 was released in November 2010, and the second film is scheduled for release in July 2011.

Other acting work

Watson's first non-Potter role was the 2007 BBC film Ballet Shoes, an adaptation of the novel of the same title by Noel Streatfeild. The film's director Sandra Goldbacher commented that Watson was "perfect" for the starring role of aspiring actress Pauline Fossil: "She has a piercing, delicate aura that makes you want to gaze and gaze at her." Ballet Shoes was broadcast in the UK on Boxing Day 2007 to an audience of 5.7 million viewers, despite generally poor reviews.

Watson also lent her voice to the role of Princess Pea in the animated film The Tale of Despereaux, a children's comedy starring Matthew Broderick. The Tale of Despereaux was released in December 2008 and grossed $87 million worldwide.

In April 2008, Watson was widely rumoured to have been cast as "Betsy" Bonaparte in an upcoming film titled Napoleon and Betsy, but her official website denied that any commitment had been made and the film failed to materialize. Watson has chosen to focus on her education rather than pursuing other film or television roles.

In May 2010, Watson was reported to be in talks to star in a film adaptation of The Perks of Being a Wallflower. Also that month, she announced that she would appear in a music video for One Night Only after meeting lead singer George Craig at the 2010 Winter/Summer Burberry advertising campaign. Watson also expressed an interest to be in a musical film after being involved in the Harry Potter films. The video, "Say You Don't Want It", was screened on Channel 4 on 26 June 2010 and released on 16 August.

In her first post-Harry Potter film, Watson has been cast in the upcoming My Week with Marilyn as Lucy, a wardrobe assistant who has a few dates with the main character, Colin Clark.

Fashion and modelling

As she has grown older, Watson has become something of a fashion devotee, saying that she sees fashion as very similar to art, which she studied in school. In September 2008, she told a blogger, "I've been focusing on art a lot, and fashion's a great extension of that."

In 2008, the British press reported that Watson was to replace Keira Knightley as the face of the fashion house Chanel, but this was flatly denied by both parties.In June 2009, following several months of rumours, Watson confirmed that she would be partnering Burberry as the face of their new campaign; she received an estimated six-figure fee for modelling Burberry's Autumn/Winter 2009 collection. She later appeared in Burberry's 2010 Spring/Summer campaign alongside her brother Alex, musicians George Craig and Matt Gilmour, and Max Hurd.

In September 2009, Watson announced her involvement with People Tree, a Fair Trade fashion brand. Watson worked as a 'creative advisor' for People Tree to create a spring line of clothing, which was released in February 2010; the range featured styles inspired by southern France and the City of London. The collection, described by The Times as "very clever" despite their "quiet hope that [she] would become tangled at the first hemp-woven hurdle", was widely publicised in tabloids such as You magazine, Heat Magazine, Teen Vogue, Cosmopolitan, and People. Watson, who was not paid for the collaboration,admitted that competition for the range was minimal, but argued that "Fashion is a great way to empower people and give them skills; rather than give cash to charity you can help people by buying the clothes they make and supporting things they take pride in"; adding, "I think young people like me are becoming increasingly aware of the humanitarian issues surrounding fast fashion and want to make good choices but there aren't many options out there." Watson continued her involvement with People Tree, resulting in a release of a 2010 Autumn/Winter collection.

Personal life

Watson's extended family has grown as her divorced parents each have new partners. Her father has a son, Toby, and identical twin girls, Nina and Lucy.Her mother's partner has two sons (Watson's stepbrothers), who "regularly stay with her". Watson's full brother, Alexander, has appeared as an extra in two Harry Potter films, and her half-sisters were cast as the young Pauline Fossil in the BBC's Ballet Shoes adaptation.

After moving to Oxford with her mother and brother, Watson attended The Dragon School, an independent preparatory school, until June 2003 and then moved to Headington School, an independent school for girls, also in Oxford. While on film sets, Watson and her peers were tutored for up to five hours a day; despite the focus on filming she maintained high academic standards. In June 2006, Watson took GCSE examinations in 10 subjects, achieving eight A* and two A grades;she was a target of friendly ribbing on the Harry Potter set because of her straight-A exam results. She received A grades in her 2008 A level examinations in English Literature, Geography and Art, and in her 2007 AS (advanced subsidiary) level in History of Art.

After leaving school, Watson took a gap year to film Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows beginning in February 2009, but said she "definitely want[ed] to go to university". Despite numerous contradictory news stories, some from highly reputable sources, claiming that she would "definitely" attend Trinity College, Cambridge; Columbia University; Brown University or Yale University, Watson was reluctant to commit publicly to any one institution, saying that she would announce her decision first on her official website. In interviews with Jonathan Ross and David Letterman in July 2009, she confirmed that she was planning to study liberal arts in the United States,saying that – having missed so much school as a child for filming – the "broad curriculum" of American higher education appealed to her more than British universities, "where you have to just choose one thing to study for three years". In July 2009, after a second storm of rumour, The Providence Journal reported that Watson had "grudgingly admitted" that she had chosen Brown University, located in Providence, Rhode Island. Watson defended her attempts to avoid announcing her choice of university – accidentally slipped by Daniel Radcliffe and producer David Heyman, during interviews publicising the release of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, and finally confirmed in September 2009 after the university's academic year had started – saying that she "want[ed] to be normal. ... I want to do it properly, like everyone else. As long as I don't walk in and see ...Harry Potter posters everywhere, I'll be fine."

As of July 2007, Watson's work in the Harry Potter series had earned her more than £10 million, and she acknowledged she would never have to work for money again. In March 2009 she was ranked 6th on the Forbes list of "Most Valuable Young Stars", and in February 2010 she was named as Hollywood's highest paid female star, having earned an estimated £19 million in 2009. However, she has declined to leave school to become a full-time actress, saying "People can't understand why I don't want to ... but school life keeps me in touch with my friends. It keeps me in touch with reality." She has been positive about working as a child actress, saying her parents and colleagues helped make her experience a positive one. Watson enjoys a close friendship with her fellow Harry Potter stars Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint, describing them as a "unique support system" for the stresses of film work, and saying that, after working with them for the ten years of the film series, "they really are like my siblings".

Watson lists her interests as dancing, singing, field hockey, tennis, art, and she supports the Wild Trout trust. She describes herself as "a bit of a feminist",and admires fellow actors Johnny Depp and Julia Roberts.

Hocus Pocus is a 1993 American Halloween-themed fantasy/comedy film that was released by Disney and directed by Kenny Ortega. The film tells the story of a Halloween-hating teenager named Max Dennison, who inadvertently resurrects three witches, The Sanderson Sisters, from their temporary death and must risk his life to protect his sister and defeat them with the help of a classmate crush and an immortal black cat.

Plot

The movie begins on October 31, 1693 in Salem, Massachusetts. Three sister witches — Winifred (Bette Midler), Sarah (Sarah Jessica Parker), and Mary Sanderson (Kathy Najimy) - steal the life force of a young girl, Emily, with a potion recipe from Winifred's one-eyed spellbook. The transference of life force kills Emily, but makes the sisters grow younger. Emily's older brother, Zachary Binx (Sean Murray), tries to save his sister, but fails, and for punishment, is transformed by the witches into an immortal black cat. That same night, with the Salem witch trials period at its peak, the sisters are hanged by a lynch mob of locals after being accused of witchcraft. Before they die, one local demands to know what the witches did with his son Zachary. Winifred exclaims "cat's got my tongue!" and then casts a final spell of resurrection, vowing to return when a virgin lights the Black Flame candle on a Halloween night when the moon is full.

Three hundred years later on October 31, 1993, Max Dennison (Omri Katz), a skeptical teenager from Los Angeles, has a crush on a girl at his new school; Allison who rejects him primarily due to his lack of enthusiasm for the Halloween spirit. Max has his shoes stolen by two bullies- dim witted blond Jay (Tobias Jelinek) and Ice (Larry Bagby)(Real name Ernie). Upon returning home, he is pestered by his little sister Dani (Thora Birch) who tells him he has to take her Trick or Treating, on the wishes of their parents (Stephanie Faracy and Charles Rocket). While they are out they wind up at Allison's house, and he manages to convince her and Dani to take him to the Sanderson house which Allison's parents had converted into a museum - now closed down due to "strange things happening" there. While at the house, a black cat tries to stop Max from lighting the Black Flame Candle by jumping on Max's neck. Max proceeds to light it anyway, believing the museum info label about the candle to be "just a bunch of hocus pocus." However, doing so brings the sisters back to life and the witches take a particular interest in eating Dani. Max confronts the sisters, and Winifred levitates him against the wall with her lightning magic. After a brief altercation ensues, Max pretends to also be a magician, and strikes a lighter hidden in his hand, causing the witches to believe he conjured the fire with magic. He sets the flame over the fire extinguishers attached to the roof, while claiming to summon "the burning rain of death." The resultant water from the sprinklers fools the witches into thinking he has summoned a deadly rain and the sisters run for shelter, giving time for the children to escape with the spellbook and the feline Binx (now voiced by Jason Marsden). After realizing they have been tricked, and it was only water, the witches prepare to pursue them. The sisters soon encounter several oddities of the modern world, such as firemen (who they mistake for witch hunters), a paved bitumen road (which they mistake for a black river), and a bus which nearly runs them down. Winnie later explains to her sisters that the magic candle brought them back for just that Halloween night, and that when the candle expires at dawn, unless they've stolen the lives of more children, with more of the potion from the spellbook, the witches will die again at sunrise. Pursuing the children on their broomsticks to a graveyard, Winifred resurrects her once unfaithful lover Billy Butcherson (Doug Jones) who gives chase to the children on foot. The witches could not set foot in a graveyard themselves- a place of hallowed ground. Confident their zombie minion will catch the kids and retrieve the spellbook for them, the witches set off into town to start collecting children- intended victims for the life potion they will again brew.

When exploring the modernized town, the witches become confused- smelling children nearby, but only seeing Halloween monster costumers (worn by trick or treating children), but whom the witches perceive to be hobgoblins. Encountering a man dressed up as Satan and his wife who they believe to be Medusa they are briefly fooled, but come to a realization about the night's untraditional activities.

The protagonists make their way to the Town Hall's dance that their parents are attending and attempt to warn them, but the sisters break in under the guise of a singing act, "I Put a Spell on You" and cast their musical song enchantment to force all present to "Dance, dance, dance until you die!". Luring them to a high school, the kids eventually lock the witches in a kiln and burn them alive. The kids and Binx return to Max and Dani's house, joyous - believing the witches to finally be dead. Sustained by black magic for that one Halloween night however, the witches are able to defy death from burning, and manage to escape the kiln. The witches next encounter Jay and Ice, promptly kidnapping and imprisoning them for calling them "ugly chicks". Unable to remember the potion ingredients, and still without their spellbook, the witches prepare themselves for their imminent deaths.

Meanwhile, back at Max and Dani's house, Max and Allison open the spellbook in the hopes of finding some way of reversing the curse placed on Binx. Both of them believe snooping through the book would be harmless, thinking the witches to be killed in the fire. Opening it causes a beam of light to emit from the pages into the sky, signaling its location to the sisters. Winifred, Sarah and Mary are forced to fly to the spellbook on a modern broom, a mop and a vacuum cleaner, respectively as their proper brooms were stolen by trick or treating children earlier in the evening. Binx hurriedly jumps on the spellbook to close it when he realizes Max and Allison are reading i t- but it's too late - the witches followed the signal light and silently break into the house. They retrieve the book, knock out Max, and kidnap Dani and Binx, but cannot harm Allison, who has used salt to encircle herself - a defense she learned from reading the book earlier. The witches leave and fly back to their house. Sarah uses her own siren song flying high above the town, hypnotizing all of the children in Salem to start making their way toward the witches' house. Using the concepts of Daylight Savings Time and one car headlight on high beam shining through the window, Max tricks the sisters into believing the sun has risen early, rescues Dani and Binx, and knocks over the witches' potion. Max also finds Jay and Ice trapped in cages. Ice begs Max to help him out of the cage, but Max leaves him there - and takes his shoes back before departing. The witches realize they've been tricked again, but manage to salvage a small amount of potion left in the bottom of the cauldron, and pursue after them.

As the witches chase them back to the graveyard for a last stand, Max encounters Billy and uses a pair of scissors to cut open his sewn-shut mouth (a punishment for his unfaithfulness given to him by Winifred which prevented him from revealing her secrets) and the zombie curses out Winifred before giving his assistance to the protagonists. Winnie manages to grab Dani and tries to force her to drink the potion when Binx knocks the vial out of her hand. Max drinks the potion to sacrifice himself for his sister. Winifred pulls Max up into the air as his life force aura appears around him. Winnie is knocked off her broom when Max punches her in a moment of distraction. She and Max fall from the broom to the graveyard below, but Winnie persists in trying to suck the life force from Max. The sun begins to rise, but because she is now standing on hallowed ground, Winnie realizes her predicament as she begins to turn to stone. The sun fully rises, and Sarah and Mary, explode into dust, soon followed by Winifred's statue which also explodes and turns to dust. Binx, who was badly wounded in the fight, finally dies, with the witches' spell of immortality over him now ended with their demise. After the spirit of Binx reappears to them, and reassuring a distressed Dani that his soul is now free, he is met by the ghost of his sister Emily. Both of their spirits walk through the gates to the afterlife, as Max, Allison and Dani watch their friend slowly fade from view as Billy returns to his grave to resume his eternal rest.

Later, the adults who were cursed into dancing are seen leaving Town Hall, sweating and exhausted from having danced the night away; and back at the Sanderson home, Jay and Ice, who are still locked in very small cages begin to sing "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" and the eye on the cover of Winifred's book opens and looks around the room and at the audience, before the screen goes black.

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

Lucy and Edmund are spending a dreary holiday with their cousin Eustace Clarence Scrubb, who is a rather dour and mean spirited little boy. They are unexpectedly drawn into Narnia when a painting of a ship on the wall of Lucy's room comes to life, and the three children fall into the ocean to be rescued by the Dawn Treader.

Once safely on board, Lucy and Edmund are greeted by their friend Caspian (now King Caspian) who has undertaken a quest to find the seven lost Lords of Narnia, as he had previously promised to Aslan. Lucy and Edmund are delighted to be back in Narnia, but Eustace is less than enthusiastic. Reepicheep is also on board, as he has vowed to find the seas of the "utter East".

They first make landfall at the Lone Islands, which is nominally Narnian territory, but has fallen into degeneracy--among other things, they participate in in the slave trade. Caspian, Lucy, Edmund, Eustace and Reepicheep are kidnapped by a slave trader to be sold. A man "buys" Caspian before they even make it to the slave market. He turns out to be the first lost lord, Lord Bern, and acknowledges Caspian as his King when Caspian reveals his identity. Before they leave the island, Caspian re-claims it for Narnia, overthrows the greedy governor, and replaces him with the Lord Bern, whom he creates Duke of the Lone Islands.

At the second island they visit, Eustace leaves the group to avoid doing any work. He hides in a dragon's cave to escape a sudden downpour. The dragon's treasure arouses his greed, and he fills his pockets with gold and jewels and puts on a large golden bracelet. He then falls asleep and wakes up as a dragon, with the bracelet badly hurting his arm; it fit his boy's arm but is far too small for his dragon's foreleg. As a dragon, he becomes aware of how bad his previous behaviour was, and uses his strength to help make amends. Aslan visits Eustace during the night and turns him back into a boy, and as a result of the visit, Eustace becomes a much nicer person. When Eustace is finally able to take off the bracelet, Caspian recognizes that it belonged to another lord, Lord Octesian; presumably the dragon killed Octesian and added the bracelet to its hoard.

In addition, they visit Burnt Island, Deathwater Island (so named for a pool of water which turns everything immersed in it into gold, including one of the missing lords), the Duffers' Island and the Island Where Dreams Come True. This last island, where nightmares become real, is never seen, but is where they find a crazed Lord Rhoop. At last, they come to the Island of the Star, where they find the three remaining lost lords in an enchanted sleep. The fallen star inhabiting the island informs them that the only way to awaken them is to sail to the edge of the world and leave one member of the crew.

The Dawn Treader continues sailing into an area where merpeople dwell and the water turns sweet rather than bitter and salty. At last the ship can go no further as the water has become too shallow. Caspian wishes to travel with Reepicheep to the end of the world, but his subjects are unwilling to let him go and remind him that he has promised the daughter of the fallen star that he would go back for her. Caspian declares that nobody will go on and descends to his cabin, here a painting of Aslan comes to life and tells Caspian that Edmund, Eustace, Lucy and Reepicheep are to go on to the end of the world, but Caspian must return to Narnia.

Lucy, Edmund, Eustace and Reepicheep venture in a small boat through an ocean of flowers until they reach a wall of water that extends into the sky. Reepicheep paddles his coracle up the waterfall, and is never again seen in Narnia. Edmund, Eustace, and Lucy walk in a strange land where they find a lamb. The lamb turns into Aslan who tells them that Edmund and Lucy will not return to Narnia and that they should learn to know him by another name in their own world. He then sends the children home.

Ngangkung

‘Ngangkung’ adalah satu perbuatan memuja nombor ekor dengan membawa ‘barang’ untuk dipuja oleh bomoh. Barang tersebut haruslah sesuatu yang susah untuk didapati seperti keris lama, syiling lama dan sebagainya. So bagi korang yang selalu pergi ngangkung, apa kata pergi tengok filem ni.. ambil iktibar sikit!…

Filem ngangkung mengisahkan Azim, seorang pemandu lori yang hidup sederhana di sebuah perkampungan pinggir bandar bersama isteri, Suri dan anak perempuannya. Azim mempunyai dua orang kawan baik iaitu Tasnim dan Wan. Tasnim dan Wan memang merupakan ‘kaki ekor’ dan aktiviti mereka memang diketahui oleh isteri masing-masing.

Azim yang pada asalnya tidak pernah menghiraukan aktiviti rakan-rakannya akhirnya terpengaruh juga kerana desakan dan kesempitan hidup. Bermula dengan hanya untuk melihat, kian hari Azim semakin seronok mengikut Tasnim dan Wan walaupun secara senyap tanpa pengetahuan Suri.

Pelbagai cara dan berbagai jenis bomoh mereka jumpa demi mendapatkan nombor untuk mereka beli. Banyak kejadian seram dan lucu terjadi sepanjang mereka mengangkung. Perubahan ketara dalam hidup Azim berlaku apabila dia terlibat secara lebih serius sehingga mengabaikan keluarga akibat taksub untuk mendapatkan nombor ekor. Begitu juga dengan Tasnim dan Wan.

BEZA CINTA,SAYANG,MINAT DAN SUKA..............

Cinta - Kita memang mengharapkan dia menjadi milik kita. Segala apa yang kita buat, kalau boleh nak dia tahu.. dan kita seboleh mungkin tak nak sakitkan hati dia. kita akan sentiasa berfikir tentang dirinya. (dalam erti lain : cinta di tujukan kepada seseorang yg kita selalu ingat dan mimpi.. Tanpanya kita akan rasa sunyi dan kita cintakan sepenuh jiwa dengan hati yg ikhlas kepadanya walaupun dia buat tak tau je)

Sayang - Kita memerlukan dia di masa kita mahukan seseorang untuk berkongsi rahsia dan kisah duka kita. selalunya kita akan sayangkan seseorang yang menjadi TELINGA kepada masalah kita. (dalam erti lain : sayang di tujukan kepada seseorang yang boleh membuangkan masa dia untuk mendengar dan memeningkan kepalanya dgn masalah kita dan kita jugak boleh menyakitkan hati dia kerana kita bukannya cinta kepadanya)

Suka - Kita sukakan dia kerana dia kelakar. Dia happy-go-lucky. Bila bersama dengan dia, kita rasa nak tergelak sampai nak pecah perut. Tapi, kita taklah rindu sangat kat dia bila tak berjumpa seminggu…(dalam erti lain : suka di tujukan kepada seseorang yang boleh menjadi pelawak kepada kita. Kita akan suruh dia diam sekirangnya keng kita dah nak pecah…)

Minat - Apa sesuatu pada dirinya yang menarik kita untuk mendekatinya.(dalam erti lain : minat ditujukan kepada seseorang yang ada sifat, peribadi atau barang yang kita mahukan… )

Tetapi kita kena ingat bahawa tanpa minat , suka dan sayang kita tidak akan CINTA pada seseorang itu…

Soon after Steve Jobs announced the launch of Apple iPad earlier this year, it got a mixed response from people all around the world. But one thing which almost everyone agreed upon was that iPad look a lot like a big iPhone!

Now, the funny folks over at Begeek have taken this further and have extended this comparison to guess what the next 2 revolutionary devices of Apple would be – iBoard and iMat!!

If you are still asking yourself this question, then you really do have a tough decision in front of you…or perhaps you don’t. Lets look into these two phones in greater detail.

The screen of the Bold is comparable to previous BlackBerry phones, however, the resolution will be a higher 480×320, which will give you a sharper image. The screen of the iPhone will take up most of the space because the keyboard is virtual. In my opinion, the screen of the Bold looks a little better than that of the iPhone, even though it is smaller to compensate for the keyboard.

If you are a previous BlackBerry Curve user, then you will notice that the Bold is a bit larger in size than the Curve, as well as the iPhone. You may not be able to fit the Bold in a standard pocket. The iPhone definitely has a nice size to it, which will fit into a pocket.

Each phone has its own two mega-pixel camera which capture quality images.

Each phone also has GPS, but they are a bit slow at getting turn by turn directions. There is software for the Bold that you can install that will improve that.

Browsing the web with either phone is a different experience. Using the Bold everything appears great, but the trackball takes some time to get used to, if you like it at all. While using the iPhone to browse the web everything flows easily and naturally.

There should be no surprise that the Bold dominates in the email category. Docs can be open and edited, while the iPhone will not allow you to do some things like editing a document. The Bold also has an advatage because of its nice keyboard that will allow you to type longer. The Bold can also be connected to your computer for use as a modem.

Each phone looks good depending on your personal view. I love the screen on the iPhone because it takes up the whole front side of the phone, but typing can become kind of troublesome on the virtual keyboard. However, typing on the Bold is a breeze even though it takes up about half the front of the phone.

Most people love the Bold for business purposes because they are supposedly more secure, and their typing and email capabilities are as good as you could want in a phone. Most people love the iPhone, first of all because it’s made by Apple, secondly because it’s slimmer than the Bold and more can be seen with its screen.

Which phone is better?

It all comes down to what you want in a phone. These two phones are relatively close, and as far as consumers are concerned it’s 50-50. Each phone is great in its own right, there are just some little differences in each phone that makes one stand out over the other for some people.

If you love BlackBerry phones you will most likely love the Bold. If you hate BlackBerry phones then you will probably hate the Bold. If emailing is a daily task that you need to do, then you might love the BlackBerry. If you want to browse the internet all day, or watch videos on a daily basis then you might prefer the iPhone.

It all comes down to what you need your phone to do, and how it might make a difference for you. Aside from that, the Bold and the iPhone are almost equal.
