Summer Fun

So I know I'm not the best at blogging anymore, but I thought that since we finally have a new camera, I would throw in some shots of what we've been up to. We had fun in Lagoon a couple of weeks ago and the kids have been doing ALOT of playing outside. So far so good!

Baseball Fun

We are so proud of Graham and his baseball season this year. We had so much fun going and watching his games. I hope he keeps this up each year. I think he has potential but I have a biased opinion.

Emery's Birthday

Ok, so we have not dropped off the face of the earth. Our camera is broken, and I've been very unmotivated to post on the blog. Well, after Emery's birthday (we borrowed a camera) I figured it was time to post again. I can't believe Emery is 6! She had a lot of fun at her little princess party. Birthday Boy Kendall

We just wanted to wish Kendall a Happy 2nd Birthday! We wish we could be up there to celebrate with you. We love you and hope you have a great birthday. Yay for Squish!!

Pickles

So Giff had this fun idea to get Jaden a fish for his first pet. He was shocked when he talked to me about it and I thought it would be a great idea. Well...we went to Petsmart and Jaden picked out a beta fish. Jaden and Ty decided first to name it fish-y and finally decided to call him Pickles. Needless to say, Jaden was super excited about his new pet. For some reason, the next day, Pickles was floating on top of the bowl taking a "permanent nap" so we called it and during the boys' nap time we had to do a switch-a-roo to get a replacement Pickles. It was pretty hilarious because the boys came out of their naps and Ty says, "I didn't know that fish could change colors. That's cool!" Jaden didn't know anything was different at all. He said, "Hi Pickles, my name is Jaden." about 50 times yesterday and today...reasons why the Giff Nielson family should not have pets. We can't even keep Pickles going. :)
