Baby Gage Update
Yesterday was Gage's second surgery, they were able to get things put back in the right places during the first surgery last week and they got him all closed up yesterday.
I still haven't been able to meet him since I can't take Ledger to Primary's but I am excited to meet him soon!

First Babysitter
Grandma Kae was Ledger's first babysitter. She came to play while I went to get my hair done. They cuddled and played for a few hours. Thanks for coming to play Grandma! Love you!!!

6 Weeks Old
I can't believe Ledger is 6 weeks old already! Times really does fly!!!
He still seems so little but I'm sure he's growing up right before my eyes. He had a bellyache earlier this week but other than that he is a very happy, sweet baby. He is sleeping longer and longer during the night so hopefully he'll be sleeping through the night very soon. I am excited to hit the 6 week milestone because it means I get to start working out again and hopefully find some of my pre-baby energy soon.

A New Cousin
Tonight my newest nephew Gage was born to my little brother Brett & his wife Hope.
He was having trouble breathing when he was born and a chest x-ray showed that his intestines were up in his chest cavity were his left lung should be. They transferred his up to Primary Children's Hospital right away and he will have to have surgery very soon to put everything back into place and see how the left lung looks.

Cosmic Bowling
By Friday night I was dying to get out of the house! We called Emily & Randy and then came up to bowl with us!
Turns out Randy is actually a really good bowler. Marq & Emily did pretty good too but luckily I am a graceful loser :) It was SO nice to get out and do something fun, it was Cosmic Bowling so Ledger like the lights. Thanks for a fun night guys, we'll do it again soon!
We also took Ledger to his first movie which I was very hesitant about. I am one of those people who HATE distractions in a theatre!!! Luckily he slept through most of the movie, he woke up towards the end but didn't cry. Phew!
