Sing!

Today is Mason's birthday. Yesterday we were at Target getting a few things for his party today. He got this microphone in the dollar section, and has not stopped singing since he got it.

Preschool

Today was Mason's first day of preschool. He can't go to a real preschool yet because he's not potty trained (don't get me started on that, we've been trying for FOREVER). A group of girls in my ward have kids about the same age, so we started a preschool group together. There are 8 total, but we split into groups of 4 so it's more manageable. On Mondays one mom has the kids at her house and teaches a lesson. Then on Thursdays we'll have playgroups all together. So far so good. Mason loved it.

Port Farms

Port Farms opened on Saturday. It is one of my most favorite places to take Mason, and is only open for 6 weeks in the fall. Last year we went a couple of times, once on his birthday while my parents were here. This year we bought passes so we can go as many times as we want, and I fully intend on taking advantage of that as many times as we can before we leave to visit family next month. It was extra fun that Mike could go with us.

 Mason could pedal by himself, but had an easier time going backwards so Mike helped him around the track the right direction. 

 The bigger kids were jumping bale to bale. I thought Mason was too small, but he proved me wrong. 

8 weeks

My baby is already 8 weeks old. Time seems to be flying, and he's growing way too fast. He's almost out of 3 month size clothes. I can't remember for sure, but I don't think Mason was as big at this age. 

Labor Day

On Labor Day we had a barbecue at the beach with some friends from our ward and one of Mike's classmates. It was one of the few times we made it to the beach this summer, and the only time I took any pics. Needless to say, Mason loved it and makes a pretty cute little beach bum.

Blessing

This sweet boy was blessed today...
