GODZILLA. Born in 1954 from the shadows of fear and nuclear fire, for over 70 years he has dominated the collective imagination. He is a symbol of humanity’s deepest fears, but also of its extraordinary ability to endure, to be reborn, and to survive.

This group exhibition is a tribute to his legend: artists of different nationalities and ages come together to evoke the myth, giving shape to new visions of the KING OF THE MONSTERS.

I’ve animated one of my paintings from the group exhibition at the Regent Hotel in Taipei.
The exhibition took place in the Regent Taipei, a luxury hotel known for hosting art events as well as fashion and cultural exhibitions in its spaces like the Regent Galleria.

It will be open until March 31st 2026.

本展覽由三位風格各異、卻同屬一個家庭的藝術家共同呈現。他們以自然為核心，融合生態意識、個人經驗與想像力交織出的世界觀，構築跨世代共享的生活哲學：叢林裡的荒廢遊樂園、生物與物件混合組成的幽默想像、或是森林裡紅綠交錯的婚禮意象，皆指向對自然的深刻體悟與再詮釋。

森林的異境 既是一個家庭生活信念的延伸，也是一種對世界的溫柔思考。在虛擬與記憶、荒誕與真實、自然與創造之間，他們以藝術回應自然，並以生活實踐理想—— 簡約、尊重自然，相信創造與修復的力量。

This exhibition brings together three artists from the same family, each with a distinct style yet a shared grounding in nature. Blending ecological awareness, personal experience, and imagination, their works range from abandoned playgrounds to hybrid creatures and forest-like wedding scenes.

This exhibition is presented by three artists—remarkably, they are not only family but also co-creators.

Each artist has a distinct style, yet they share a common creative foundation: nature, ecological awareness, and a worldview woven from imagination and personal experience.

Their familial bond adds a sense of intergenerational connection and continuity of life philosophy to the exhibition.

Forest Wonderland is a journey of natural imagination across two generations: from the ruins of playgrounds, to humorous hybrids of objects and species, to the role-playing of modern women beneath the red-and-green imagery of the forest.

Their creations arise from a profound understanding and reinterpretation of “nature,” which they believe to be both a way of life and a mode of thought.

This exhibition reveals how a family constructs worlds and characters in their own artistic languages, weaving together fiction, playful transformations, and poetic memory to form a deep response to nature. It is not merely an art exhibition, but an extension of a family’s life philosophy—a gentle reflection offered to the world.

Through art, they respond to nature; through family life, they practice ideals of simplicity, respect for nature, and faith in the power of creation and restoration.

This exhibition invites international artists living in Taiwan to present, through painting and sculpture, the many ways humans interpret and imagine animals.

Alongside a curated selection of themed books, it explores how interactions and understanding between humans and animals have evolved throughout history.

STEFANO MISESTI & BENI CHU.

The exhibition FLYING SEEDS presents fifteen works by the Italian-Taiwanese duo Stefano Misesti and Beni Chu.

The collection includes works on paper created in Como during the summer of 2025, along with small papier-mâché sculptures previously exhibited by Beni Chu in Taipei.

FLYING SEEDS explores the theme of travel: journeys as explorations of new worlds, but also symbolic journeys into our own thoughts and dreams. It is also the journey of plant seeds, carried by the wind across great distances before settling into the soil to generate new life.

In the same way, the artists embark on a path that connects two cultures — European and Far Eastern — allowing their works to become seeds that give rise to something new and unexpected.

On the occasion of the FLYING SEEDS exhibition, I created an original story for the 8x8 artist’s book collection.

The 8x8 series, curated by Galleria Il Salotto (Como, Italy), is composed of handmade artist’s books in the 8 × 8 cm format, crafted from fine papers in a limited number of copies, each containing an original artwork.

「光與影的痕跡」探索了光與影的相互影響，隱喻了生命中的對比力量，如喜悅與悲傷、清晰與神秘、存在與不存在。光影本質上是交織在一起的，一個定義了另一個。繪畫展示了光線如何揭示或遮蔽細節，引導觀者探索被照亮和被隱藏的事物。光和影扭曲、強化，甚至重新定義物體的形狀和本質。陰影確實可以製造幻象，投射出的形狀會變成與實際物體完全不同的東西。現實與感知可能會出現偏差，我們所看到的可能暗示著某些隱藏的東西，甚至是另一種身份。 "Traces of Light and Shadow," explores the interplay of light and shadow as metaphors for contrasting forces in life—such as joy and sorrow, clarity and mystery, presence and absence. Shadow and light are inherently intertwined, one defining the other. The paintings show how light unveils or obscures details, guiding the viewer to explore both what's illuminated and what's concealed. Light and shadow distort, enhance, or even redefine the shapes and essence of objects. Shadows can indeed create illusions, where the cast shape becomes something entirely different from the actual object. Reality and perception can diverge—that what we see may hint at something hidden, or even at an alternate identity.

TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE蔦屋台中市政店以『藝術生活』為理念不定期的推動藝術展覽企劃，提供各種生活型態提案。本次與Acme+ Art極美美學藝術合作推出－【都會的隨義片刻】 Stefano Misesti 與 Beni Chu朱耀紅　台義夫妻聯展，將在10月1日開展至11月3日，將簡單而帶有情感的義式情懷透過藝術作品，重新發現城市中隱藏的美好，並感受悠閒隨意的生活片刻。
