If you don't know where you are going, then how will you get there?

This is what I do:

• make pictures in my mind 

• see the destination

• imagine my arrival 

• dream in perfect detail 

• make myself a road map 

• study it every day until I know the way and the destination by heart 

• see myself the way I want to be when I arrive 

• see myself arriving.
