Arch Madness!

Alright, so on the 27th of March Lori and I had the chance of a lifetime. We went to see American Idol's runner-up David Archuleta in concert. It was super fun to go to see him live at the E-Center in SLC. We went to Maple Gardens for Dinner, then to the concert. I went with Katie Shurtleff and had SO much fun. After the concert we made Nachos Dulces (deep fried tortillas w/ cinnamon sugar) which turned out GREAT! Overall it was the coolest concert ever, and a memory I'll never forget!

The New Semester Starts!

Well, another semester at Weber has well been under-way. Lori and I are going full time, and i tell you what, it is NUTS! I am taking 16 credit-hours, and i am definitely feeling the stress. Well, one day, me and Lori went to Cameron and Sarah's house (live right next to the institute; which is really nice :) and suprisingly we MATCHED! without even knowing it. It was kind of funny! School is going fine. I'm taking classes such as TBE (microsoft software class), Social Problems (Our teacher is Dumbledor-not really but he looks exactly like him...beard and all), and a Studio Art Class. Microbiology is kicking by bottom this semester with all the names and crazy cell stuff. Other than that, I love this semester! I am taking 4 institute classes (without even realizing it). I would sign up for classes my friends were in, and they just added up. School is not the only exciting thing happening! I will begin the mission paper process THIS WEEK! I am SO excited!
