We saw this big Black Bear down in the woods in Cades Cove, Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
There are lots of Crows is our area. They are very hard to photograph because they are so black.
This is one of the pretty black Butterflies that visit the flowers in our yard.
A huge black grasshooper we saw on the coast.
Black Freshwater Rays we photographed in TN at the Chattanooga Aquarium.
I like the way this picture turned out to be a black silhouette.
We saw this unknown couple at Lake Chilhowee just as the sun had set.
I'll close with a couple of old black and white photos. Isn't Jeep and his calf just the cutest thing!
Today I am thankful for the beauty we have seen in Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

Oh, I love Cades Cove, but I never saw a bear this up close. Great shot!
