It's About Love

I recently saw this video posted on LDS Adoption Connection (http://ldsadoptioncouples.blogspot.com) and I just had to share it! I am so so THANKFUL for our BIRTHMOM Natty, and her COURAGE, her LOVE, and her SACRIFICE. ADOPTION has changed our lives and WE LOVE ADOPTION!!!

One Year Old!

Cooper, you just had your VERY FIRST BIRTHDAY! Can you believe it? You turned 1 year old! Daddy and I were just so EXCITED that we made you this CAKE. A MONKEY cake, because monkey is your favorite stuffed animal and you love to make monkey sounds. We loved celebrating you with our FABULOUS FRIENDS! We ate PIZZA, went SWIMMING, and SMASHED CAKE!

You got your very own BIRTHDAY BOARD, just like Daddy's family did when he was growing up. The BALLOONS were your very favorite!

You were ALL SMILES even after a big day at the DOCTOR getting a bunch of SHOTS. Such a BRAVE lil MAN CUB!

You got to have your very own BIRTHDAY CEREAL, again per tradition. TRIX....YUMMM!

You haven't had anything sweet really up until now, and you LOVED this CHOCOLATE CAKE!

Daddy thought he was so funny because he SMASHED cake all over MOMMY'S FACE!

But don't worry, she got him back! REALLY GOOD!

We had so much fun with our "COOKIE MONSTERS" (the Cooks) and the STEPHENS! (Ash, you were the one taking all the pics and I don't have one of you! But we love you still!)

Pyper met her new BOYFRIEND Guage. What a hunk! =0)

All these darling KIDDOS were so fun!

We LOVE YOU COOP! You make us LAUGH our heads ofF every day. You are full of ENERGY and you love to be LOUD and SING, KISS your SISTER, and play with all your TOYS. You FLIRT with all the LADIES at the grocery store and your SMILE seriously LIGHTS up the room. You are one SPECIAL kid and the JOY of our lives (next to your SISTER) =0) Big Sigh! COULD WE LOVE YOU ANY MORE?
