Family Photo Shoot

I admit...I panic when friends/family ask me to take their family photos. I don't know why it makes me so nervous...it's not like it's a wedding, or a once in a lifetime event we can't retake if I don't shoot any "keepers". I guess I just don't want to disappoint. If I do enough family photos, I'll get more comfortable and then maybe I won't panic. :)

Either way, here are a few of my favorite shots from a recent photo shoot at Daybreak.

Ohh Baby Baby!

I was there when this little bundle of joy was brought into this world and I have to say, it was one of the most spiritual, emotional, and memorable moments of my life! Meet my beautiful niece, Rikki. I took these photos when she was 9 days old (last weekend). I feel honored my sister invited me to be there to help and to experience something so special! Love you!

Baby Lea

Beautiful baby! Here are a few of my favorite photos I took recently of my neighbor's beautiful baby girl. Her Mom (grandma) made the dress...hours and hours. Hopefully the pictures do the dress some justice.

Playa Del Carmen, Mexico!

I recently traveled to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico with the girls. We had so much fun and I took tons of pictures and GoPro video. I have hours of  video editing ahead of me, but here are a few of my favorite pics from the trip. Costa Rica

McKay and I just got back from an amazing trip to Costa Rica! We feel so blessed to have been able to see so much wild life (the monkeys were outside our hotel!) and to spend an unforgettable week with each other in a country with so much to see and experience. Here is a sample of the 2000+ photos I took in one week. :)
