One of my favorite things? My cute niece singing this darling song!

For a project for work, I had my niece Cassidy record the lyrics to "My Favorite Things" with orthodontic terms. We did a little delivery to the referring dentists with 'warm woolen mittens' for the staff members and nice driving gloves for the Dentists. We played the song for them and also gave them a copy on a CD so they could have it.

I can't help smiling every time I hear it so I thought I would share the Christmas spirit with all of you as well.

Too Close to Home!

I only laugh when things are funny. Let me re-phrase that...I only laugh when things are truly funny. I don't laugh at stupid humor. It isn't funny. But I sure found myself laughing when I watched this movie with my husband last night. It could have been my mood. It could have been that I love Reese Witherspoon. It could have been that everyone else in the theater was also laughing hysterically. Whatever the reason, I found myself laughing! If you come from a family with divorced parents or are married to someone with divorced parents, GO SEE THIS MOVIE!
