I’ve adapted the Cranberry Shotrbread Cookies recipe to make a batch of Matcha Almond Cookies and it received rave reviews from my family.

This is a cookie where the cookie dough can be prepared in advance. I bought a mould to help with the shaping but you can do without the mould. 

The addition of orange zest certainly elevated the cookie to another level. Here is my super yummy Cranberry Shortbread Cookies!

It's already late at night, the supermarket near my house has closed and I've run out of bread for tomorrow morning's breakfast.
