Where does the time go?

Their new kitchen

The best christmas present ever!
Why didn't they take this before i sent out Christmas cards?

best friends!
Sorry for all the pictures. I guess that's what happens when i slack off for a whole week.

I can't believe Christmas is over. After weeks of finding the right gifts, hours spent wrapping it was all over within 45 min. That's how long it took the kids to unwrap all of their presents(including ours). I realized this year we got the kids way too much. So next year it will definitely be a smaller Christmas. The kids had a ton of fun though.

Nicholas was very worried about Santa not being able to get into our house because we didn't have a chimney. We explained to him that Santa will come through our front door. While he was taking his nap on Christmas Eve someone rang our doorbell. As i walked by his room i heard a voice coming from underneath his door saying "Mom it's Santa!". It was the funniest thing. He voice sounded so excited that Santa was at our house.

Happy Birthday Samantha!

Well today is our little girl's birthday. I can't believe it has already been 2 years since she was born. The weird thing is i already have another baby. Sammy was born at 6:20 pm. She weighed 7lbs 10 oz and was 20 inches long. She was my easiest birth so far. We are go glad to have her in our family. She is such a fun girl. Her favorite things to do lately is say "HO HO HO Merry Chris-cris." I guess that fits her right since she is my Christmas baby. Her due date was actually Christmas eve but i made the Dr. induce me so i wouldn't have to be in the hospital during Christmas. She loves to follow her older brother around and copy everything he does. I can't imagine our family without her. We love you Sammy!! At her birthday party

Sammy is 1 and just learning how to walk.

Our little christmas baby!

Fun week at the Lunds!

This past week was a very fun but busy week. We started it off by celebrating my 28th birthday. Yes i know i am getting old. Seriously, where has the time gone? It seems that life is going by so quickly. At least i have a great life and wonderful people to share it with. This weekend i took the the 2 older kids to my parents neighborhood christmas party. The kids had a ton of fun. There were 5 houses that were hosting different things. One had cookie decorating, another had hot chocolate.....well you get the idea. Also they had horses that were pulling the hayride. The best part was the Santa. He was awesome and looked so real. Nicholas was a little timid but once he saw that he was handing out toys he didn't hesitate to tell him he wanted a big boy bike oh and he also mentioned that he was 3 years old. Sammy on the other hand DID NOT like him at all. I had to sit with her on the floor in front of the Santa. Then tonight(saturday) we had our ward christmas party. It was the first time Nicholas got to stand with the primary and sing with them. He was so cute to watch and it made me so sad that my little boy is going to be a sunbeam next year. I also tempted to get a picture of all the kids with Santa. As you can see Sammy still hasn't warmed up to him. Sorry for the picture overload.

Like Mother like daughter

I walked into my kitchen this morning and found Sammy playing with my pump. I asked her what she was doing and she said "Moooo....Parker's milk." She is turning into quite the character lately. Oh and please excuse her hair, we didn't get ready at all today.

Christmas Traditons

Growing up we always had a fun tradition on Christmas Eve. My mom would get matching PJ's for all 6 us. We would open them up and wear them that night. We always looked forward to seeing what she had found. I started that tradition with my kids. I love shopping for the pajamas. Even though i know my kids are too young to really understand it and enjoy it. Here is my problem. I can't find Christmas jammies for boys anywhere. I have tried Target, Gap, Kohls, Mervyns, Gymboree, everywhere!!! Old navy has a very slim selection(which i was really disappointed in). They did have a cute one for Parker but of course didn't have his size at the store or online. Then of course i have found a ton of cute girl ones but the size Sammy wears must be the size everyone else wears. I am hoping that the stores will restock in that area. I know i am stressing way more than i really should be. It's actually quite sad how upset i am getting over it. That's just my vent for the day. Thanks for listening.

Family picture

We finally got some professional pictures taken. They turned out okay. The kids and Luke look great but i am not happy with how i look. Oh well nothing that 20 pounds won't do. I like this first one because it really shows how our lives are. Nicholas acting like a goofball, Sammy getting mad because she doesn't want to do something and Parker looking very intrigued by his siblings. Of course we are just laughing at them because we never ever get mad. :)
