I really thought this meal was beautiful and interesting, the food and wine moved from dark to bright, from earth to sky, from heavy to light. Sadly there is no photo of my favorite part, which was those seven glasses filled with their seven corresponding wines, the rich reds to bright cherries on the left, pink Txakoli the center of the arrow and electric yellow Rioja to pale sparkling on the right. It was beautiful, not to mention spectacular to drink! Giovanna and I will have to recreate it.
