Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 174 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place to the right - Duplicate - Image - mirror and merge down 

Open Element 89 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tag

Open Element 23 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and position toward the top of the previous layer

Open Element 123 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place to the left of the tag slightly above the bottom of the tag

Open Element 125 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the bottom - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 124 - Mirror - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place over the previous layer - Open Element 7 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 24 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom far left - Open Element 143 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place just above the bottom on the far right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down

Open Element 5 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left

Open ELement 58 - Resize as before and position on the bottom of the previous layer

Open Element 21 - Mirror - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on the right of the cake

Open Element 13 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Place on the centre right of the tag

Open your tube and place her in the centre - Apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Element 17 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top right

Open Element 117 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place to the right

Open Paper 28 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done

Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 6 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and position in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Element 22 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the left of the circle frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down

Open Element 10 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place to the bottom just below centre of the circle - Duplicate - Mirror and place toward the top - merge down

Open Element 7 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 10 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen - Mirror and place on the top right

Open your tube and position her in the centre - Open ELement 18 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tag - duplicate and position on the bottom left of the original - merge down - Duplicate - Mirror - merge down - Repeat with Element 14

Open Element 13 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place along the bottom

Open Element 19 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place over the previous layer - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done

Open Frame 9 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Waves - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position toward the bottom - Duplicate - Move under the original and move toward the top of the previous layer - merge down - Open Boardwalk and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Erase any of the boardwalk and the waves that are outside the frame - Open Beach Chair 2 - Mirror -  Resize by 25 - Sharpen and place on the middle of the boardwalk - Move under the frame

Open Frame 2 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Place to the right and send to the bottom

Open Bow 4 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the frame

Open Hearts 2 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the frame

Open Butterflies - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place toward the top left

Open Wordart 2 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the top right - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above - Open your tube and position to the left of the tag

Open Frame 3 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place toward the bottom - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - I colorised mine to match my tube - Open your tube and resize by 90 - Sharpen and position to the far left of the frame - Duplicate and hide for now - Selections - Invert -Delete - Select none and move all under the frame - Open Flower Branch - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place to the top right of the tube - Open Buckle 2 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the frame - Open Doodle 1 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the frame

Open Keyring - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and position on the far right of the frame - Duplicate and move across to the centre of the large frame - merge down - Unhide your tube and erase parts that go over the frame - Apply Radiance to both tube layers at the settings above - Open Wordart 1 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Paper 15 - Again i colorised to match my tube - paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done
